DONT GO HERE. I’ll tell you why and also prior real reviews will tell you why. Got a car and sold use a prior lemon 🍋 and didnt tell us. Had to dig a little bit and find that out for myself. Make sure you run the vin and the whole 9. Ill explain further, Back on December 27th bought the kia forte Had bad rear calipers, rotors were installed backwards obviously i believe because they were warped so they put them in the back and the back in the front and now have a terrible grinding noise when breaking in the front. tranny fluid/oil maintenance was not done. It wasnt raining that day but found also the trunk had a leak with no spare tire even. Found out there was known electrical problems that were not disclosed prior. Like i said i found out it was a lemon and it listed all it prior issues after making a few contacts. so now i have bought new rear calipers brakes and rotors and have to buy new rotors for the front because the ones in the back are warped considering they were installed wrong the hardware for the brakes could be ruined but also believe maybe even the front calipers are seizing because of wrong installment leading to more problems. It didnt make sense for the front noise to be grinding whenever the break life was basically full and rotors didn’t seem to look really that bad. so I had to take all four wheels off to see what was really going on. I just knew it definitely wasnt wheel bearing because then it would be a constant grinding which there was not. However again wrong installment. Everything lasted long enough for a test drive and the guy that came with us made sure we made it a short test drive. The giy insisted it was a great deal. Made knee jerk rookie decision. All i figured was new back tires maybe new back brakes and i was gonna do a fresh oil change anyways . But on first snow trying to make it to the tire shop ended up doing a 360 with just tap of the breaks because once again the seizing of the calipers and backwards installment but once i took off all four tires off everything started to make sense. Back calipers seized with bald tires with backwards installment was just crazy to me. Tried to work with him to mediate and come to terms to possibly help with damages all these problems started happening the grinding noise in the front , the electrical flickering and saying passenger doors not closed and trunk leak just everything in a matter of DAYS IN DAYS of just owning the car. These guys dont know what theyre doing but they know exactly what theyre doing. These owners are foreign and idk how they do things in other countries but you dont do these kinds of things in the united states. No matter what kind of dealership you run. I would never recommend them to anyone that i actually care about not even my worst enemy and i did put them on notice and on record forever with the attorney general in PA. And ill be contacting ohios attorney general and then so forth. So if anyone else ever has a problem or an issue make sure you also report it to the attorney general. The only two things he disclosed were minor that exhaust just needed the heat shield and clamps and he would replace the side mirror. He wouldnt even admit to the tires being passed the wear bar when he sold it to us. buddy look 👀 also found out the transmission engine mount was broken i dont believe going 15- 20mph and decreasing in speed as i did a 360 would break a steel mount to the engine. So if you still decide to go there. Check everything have them put it on a lift have them take off all 4 tires. Pop the hood put the back in forth in gear to see if the engine wobbles. I have pictures to demonstrate my complaint and will be taken my complaints to a further extent as gather more proof. If they are any good reviews and if the name is foreign its probably a bot or spam. Look for real names and people leaving real reviews. DONT GO HERE.

The car I got from here was nothing short of outstanding. I'm always scared buying new cars but the staff reassured me and was very respectful. They gave me an amazing deal for a car and I have not had a single problem with it. I will be buying my next car from here.

Want to rate them 5 stars but I’ve applied numerous times the last few weeks for the Nissan for financing but the financing manager isn’t there until 3 or 4, called and still haven’t heard back from them. Very nice workers, but I really like the Nissan and would love for it to be my first car but it’s frustrating when you can’t get a hold of nobody.

I purchased a 2002 Volvo S80. They said in the ad that everything was perfect on the car. Paid $3400. Got home and it ran out of oil. Took it immediately for an oil change and the next day it was out of oil again. Three days after buying it, the timing belt went bad and it needed a new transmission. Tried to ask if I could get my money back or trade it for a different vehicle. The guy on the phone laughed at me and said "tell people you bought a cheap old car and it has problems and they'll laugh too." Unprofessional!! I have screenshots of the original ad stating there was nothing wrong with the car. I even went as far as contacting the Better Business Bureau about it but since I bought it "as-is," they couldn't do anything about it. The guy working here not only didn't help me, but he LAUGHED at my situation. No empathy, no compassion. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I get that I bought it "as-is" but they weren't honest about the car's problems and lied in the ad. I was out $3400 and they didn't even pretend to care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I would give a BIG FAT ZERO stars but it won't let me. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! They sold my daughter a Volvo S80 that leaked oil like a sieve. It started leaking badly as soon as she paid for it and left their parking lot. Numerous times my daughter and my husband had tried to get a settlement from them to no avail. The car stopped working within a week after she bought it and today it's being towed to the junk yard. She put a complaint in to the BBB as well. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS FOR THEIR LACK OF SCRUPLES.

My fiance and I went to look at a 2006 Subaru outback I called and was assured that everything in the ad was correct. When we showed up my boyfriend, went and unlocked the car with the keys that the dealership provided and he asked me to turn the car on and once I did the front engine bay started smoking. He looked underneath, and it looked as if there was oil dripping the dealer assured him that it was residue from topping off oil, which wouldn’t be the case since they drove the car down the street for pictures and if it was residue it would’ve burned off fairly quickly and wouldn’t have kept smoking more and more the longer we let the car run, but as he put his hands under the car, it literally filled his hands with oil. He continued to try and tell us that it was residue and nothing more, but how when his hands were full of oil? They completely lied to us I’m assuming because we looked young and assumed they could pull a fast one. My fiance knows what he’s looking at he’s a very mechanically inclined man and this was no residue there was definitely an oil leak somewhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE GO UP THE STREET TO MAHONING AUTO CAR THEY ARE AMAZING AND WORKED WITH OUR PRICE RANGE AND FOUND US A CAR THAT WORKS PERFECTLY!
