In the pictures look nice, shiny and clean but once you see them at the dealer it was totally different experience.It was disappointing to be honest I was about to give up.I decided to check 1 last Vehicle at fantasy auto dealer, while on my way to their location I was thinking I hope this trip is worth it.Let me tell the minute I saw the vehicle I knew I was going to take it. I bought my 2018 BMW sight unseen from Fanasy Auto Sales, They shipped it for me all the way from California to New Jersey. The great reviews on CarGurus and them being Top Rated dealers is what encouraged me to make the deal !The car was exactly like the online description and pictures. These people sold me a car back in May under the impression that there were zero issues and it was such a perfect condition car. After about 900 miles and 5 months of ownership the car has had NONSTOP issues. Varying from leaks out of multiple areas, issues with the parts that they had replaced (radiator/cooling system), and just overall normal routine maintenance. The only positives from my experience with a car from them, is that they helped with getting some of the parts that were noticed (cracked and unsafe tires, transmission/motor mounts, and registration). Overall negative experience, I would’ve much rather gotten a car from elsewhere where proper maintenance and inspections are done before selling vehicles.

I bought my first car from these guys and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The car is clean and runs great and they even changed the tires for me. I drove down 6 hours from San Jose to get this car and both owners Alex and Maher (the owners) were super helpful in telling me all about the car. I recommend this honest business to anyone looking for a car and you can rest easy knowing that you won't have to worry about any hidden fees or lies.

Shopping for a used car can be very stressful! I was in the market for over 2 months looking for the right vehicle for the right price, however in those 2 months I have visited so many dealers, unfortunately they all have the same thing in common ( extra fees / no service records )Fanasy was very different! Alex was extremely honest especially when he said to me ( every car goes to the auction for a reason! )He showed me all the receipts for all the maintenance THEY DID after got the car.Over $1700 in service which made me very comfortable!I love my Mercedes C250. It’s been for a month! I would definitely recommend them!Top rated dealer for a reason :)

They scammed my friend. Also, in the past few months they've scammed many others.We know it's the holiday season but you don't need to scam people for money.This business has been reported for violations to various organizations including FTC, SEC, California DMV and more.Stay far away from these guys.

Blessed to have found this gem on google , I usually don’t write reviews but Micheal and Alex at auto fantasy are truly amazing they don’t pressure you into buying or doing anything you aren’t comfortable with and they go ABOVE and BEYOND to have you in your dream car ,I’am so blessed , thanks to these guys I got my Range Rover and what’s even more amazing is my monthly payment is incredibly low . If you’re thinking about giving them a call do not hesitate , you won’t regret it !!

Dealing with Akex at Fanasy Auto Sales was like a breath of fresh air. After going to a number of other dealers who were either using bait and switch techniques or demanding that we pay for a ton of extras up and above the asking price, the first words out of Alex's mouth were that the asking price was the price and they wouldn't be asking to pile a lot of profit-making extras on the price. He also offered to help us with a couple of minor issues on the car at his cost. We are extremely happy with both the vehicle we bought and the price that it was sold to us for.I would definitely recommend Fanasy Auto Sales (and already have) to anyone who was looking for a good used vehicle.

I purchased a car with my son from these people and we made it very clear we did not want to buy a vehicle with issues. Not even a month of owning the vehicle we’ve been dealing with non stop problems and we’ve barely driven the car for our own pleasure. They even had the audacity to say we caused these problems within the little amount of time we’ve owned it. They don’t want to take any responsibility for the condition they sold us the car with. These issues were bound to happen within months of owning the vehicle because the were never taken care of by the dealership, They sell cars with very little maintenance throughout the years and vehicles that have been in accidents be aware and save your money!

If you’re looking to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership be aware they do not thoroughly inspect and diagnose if the car has problems before they sell it to you. They will sell you the car under the impression it has 0 issues and later on expect you to pay for all the repairs after already purchasing it. Read the other reviews about how much some people had to invest on repairs for it to be fixed. These people just buy cars from auctions and resell them for more money. When we first went to look at the car i decided to pay for a pre inspection because I noticed an oil leak burning smell coming from the exhaust when the car was started, I mentioned it to the owner Mike and he said that’s normal they already made sure the car had 0 problems. I made it very clear and clarified how important it was we don’t buy a car with any problems that could potentially happen in the future. They agreed on getting it pre inspected and a local shop diagnosed signs of a coolant leakage from the cooling system, an oil leak, and dirty transmission fluid. Keep in mind the shop who did the pre inspection didn’t check the internals of the engine which could of diagnosed and recognized more potential problems in the future. After showing the owners the diagnoses they agreed to fix the problems they said had 0 problems to begin with. We went forward with the purchase and put a downpayment. The owners told us not only did they repair the problems, they replaced the motor mounts, anti rolling bar links, camshaft chain cover & gaskets, thermostat, heater coolant pipe, and one of the coolant pipes. Less than a month later the car was leaking coolant again. We got it taken to another mechanic and they replaced one of the coolant pipes that had a leak. One month goes by again and the car is burning oil and the coolant in the reservoir is dropping below the minimum line, when I checked under the hood and there was coolant leaking all over the inside of the engine . I didn’t want to make the problems worse by driving it so we went out of our way and spent $60 on a Towing membership to have it delivered on a flatbed to the mechanic that previously replaced the pipe that had a leak. They gave us a diagnosis that 5 different coolant hoses needed to be replaced, the supercharger coolant pump, the vacuum hoses, the pcv valve, check valve, inter cooler cores and the injectors. The mechanic quoted the owners Mike and Alex $1900 for parts and labor and they refused to pay it, both Alex and Mike accused me of causing all these problems within 4 months of owning the car and barely driving it. Instead of having it done in a professional shop with multiple licensed mechanics they took it to someone’s backyard in East LA , they told us not to worry “this is their specialty”. The reason they took it there is because they preferred going to a cheaper mechanic to spend $800 instead of $1900. Keep in mind for all the work that needed to be done $1900 was a fantastic price compared to what the Car dealership would of quoted us. After 4 weeks of my car sitting outside in someone’s backyard being worked on the owners texted us and said it was ready and he would be sending us a bill of $800. Alex said if I don’t show up with the money upfront he will be retaining the vehicle from me until I pay for the repair cost, I asked him why he thinks I’m responsible for these issues when they clearly sold us the car with these problems and he accused me of causing them within the little time I’ve owned the car. We ended up picking up the car from the shop and within 10 minutes of driving it and arriving home the car begin to leak coolant again from two different spots. we then made the decision to get it towed to the same Mechanic who diagnosed the problems and he told us it’s leaking from the same exact spot he recognized before, that the work wasn’t even done. The owners took it back for the warranty on the repairs and we waited another 3 weeks to pass for the car to be finished. The owner is now denying us access to our vehicle after we’ve been making payments on time

Well in the beginning I was happy with my purchases. I bought a car for myself and my husband. One bmw and one mercedes. Alex came off being a real cool guy, his business associate Mike not so much, I would say Mike is super rude. Especially shortly after we start have one problem after another. So long story short. I bought 2 cars totaling $24,000 and have now spent $13,000 in repairs. So if you want to keep your shirt DO NOT GO HERE. They are crooks.

Small business owner Alex was wonderful to work with. The car we purchased was as advertised and perfectly clean. Alex gave us a great price and went above expectations in his helpfulness. He was kind, honest, and caring. We paid cash and he went right away to the DMV and returned with and installed our license plates! Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service here. Alex went out of his way and came in on his day off to show me a car I ended up purchasing that day. He explained every detail of the financing along the way, knew all the details of the car, and was very professional to work with. It is a small independent owned company, but as they had the car I was interested in and with the reviews online, I had to go and was so glad that I did. I absolutely love my new BMW! Alex and Fanasy Auto Sales made a cross country transaction very personable despite the long distance process. I was made to feel like a super-important Client even though our business wasn’t face to face. Alex is trustworthy and highly professional. He even picked me up from the airport!!! Alex was not only the consummate salesperson... He was a total gentleman and COMPLETELY transparent! Not something you get all the time with some used car salesmen. Not only was he super kool to work with - but what REALLY garnered HUGE points was that he remembered I had called him on a Satuday... when I blindly called him on the next day (Sunday). Although his dealership was closed... he made an exception and met me there anyway! That was super brownie points!Alex worked the deal until we were comfortable and shopped thru banks/finance companies until we had the best scenario. He wasn't close to us AT ALL! But his dedication to customer service, the quality of the vehicle we purchased, his attitude and persona... make Fanasy the BEST place to go for your used car needs! Michael was amazing at showing me the car and providing information. Alex on the other hand was not the best. His lack of communication after telling me I was approved and good to go, then to eventually ghost me after stating that he had a family issues was not the best experience. I was the one calling, texting and leaving voicemails to reach out to him. I was in a challenged situation and I appreciated the transparency that turned into no responses. Eventually it turned into him not wanting to sell me the car, never stating that verbally(cause he didn’t respond) but his actions showed.Updated: I have updated my review to 1 star. I was able to get financed at a different dealer for a better rate, which is besides the point. The fact that a business sees it as ethically acceptable to post personal information of a potential or past client online is lost on me. Not sure why a business would act in such a way that they feel it is okay to do so.

I don’t do reviews, but this time i am.I heard about this place from a friend of mine named Monika, i walked in asked for BMW 335i, and this guy named Alex impressed me with his patient, cuz usually you don’t get to have a chance to speak to a dealer who is calm and relaxed, explains what u exactly need to know about the car, Any way , long story short. They have a nice location/showroom and a comfortable office to handle business. So far I have no complaints with the truck I bought and enjoying it. Wow, called this place to see if they provide parts for an Audi and I'm flabbergasted by their response. When I called, I had to ask if this was Fanasy Auto Sales, only because they did not announce the name of their business and they when I asked if they provide parts for Audis, their response was "who is this." His tone in asking who I am, as if I was a prank caller. I genuinely wanted to know if they sell parts for my Audi. Ummm, so right away I'm confused and I re-ask is this Fanasy Auto Sales? The guy on the phone said yes so, I re-asked my question again. After him telling me he was on the internet and answered my question… I thanked him and hanged up. I really don’t know what to say other than shocked at their customer service communication. If this is how they are on the phone, I can only imagine how their overall customer service is.

This experience exceeded my expectations. Alex responded quickly to my call and Mike met me on short notice for a test drive. The Lexus ES 350 was squeaky clean and looked like the pictures. Mike was honest and straight forward about the car. Everything on the lot was high quality and it was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality used luxury vehicle.
