Read MoreI drove an hour to come to this location from Los Banos looking for a specific size and style of shoe for an exchange. I had the associate call and verify they had it before driving- not just by the name, but by the SKU #, and checking on their system. They even put her on hold, then verified and placed the shoes on hold for me. When I arrived, they were a completely different style, but had a similar name. I then find out they don't even HAVE the shoes i specifically called and asked for BEFORE I drove an hour away. They kept making excuses that "they don't even make that size" (Which they do.) and just apologized, but I kept asking how come when they were given the SKU #, the size, and the exact style, they VERIFIED they had one? Because the other store didnt have an issue finding them. No one could answer. The shoes I was searching for were merely steps away from the register, yet they were too lazy to properly check, and they hadnt even greeted me when i came up because they were discussing if they should 'tip their doordasher' while on their phone. Everyone looked extremely young, and there was no manager on top of no one would tell me who was the one that actually set the shoes aside.
