I typically shop for months for vehicles I am planning to purchase in order to feel out the market conditions which helps me evaluate price targets of where I want to be with my particulars in make/model/package/options/color, etc. I shopped somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-25 different ford dealerships looking for the right fit per the particulars previously stated that I was seeking plus integrity in pricing.
At Fairway Ford, they were the only dealership to stay true to their advertised online price. All other Ford dealership I called or visited baited and switched me with some adding over three and four thousand to their advertised pricing. I vetted out the dealerships by process of elimination on my purchase plan based off this integrity or better yet, lack of integrity in pricing. All other dealerships were not willing to negotiate to sell at their advertised price.
As for my salesman, Luke G., he was honest, straightforward, professional and concise with his details. He walked me through every step of the way in a timely fashion. In my life I have purchased close to 20 vehicles, because of Luke, this transaction was the easiest car buying experience of my life not to mention it being unequivocally stress free. Additionally, the sales manager was quick to provide his input and approvals without haggling over price. We came to a rapid agreement by working with them on what would benefit them while also meeting my budgeting goals in the purchase process.
