All good now and happy. Just overall maybe unluckyFriendly staff, however, unfortunately horrible post-purchase experience with my Tom Davies prescription eyeglasses purchase ($661). Everything up to the actual purchase was done well. Unfortunately, after I purchased my glasses, I found out that 1 of the lens on it somehow had transition lens (so 1/2 lenses would turn dark with sunlight exposure). Living 40 min away, I asked for them to cover the shipping costs since it was their mistake, it's a time drain for me, gas costs, etc. and I cannot wear the glasses I purchased. On top of this, they have horrible hours (9am-5pm on weekdays only) which force me to take PTO to drop/pick up my glasses. They not only refused but it has been 3 months and they have not followed up on this. As of now, until this is resolved, I would not shop here again nor will I advise anyone else to. If they fix this and comp me somehow for this time, I will update my review. However, it should not take a review for them to fix this; overall a very negative experience.
