I’m on the hunt for a comfort bow to complement my speed now and needed help setting up a bow I’d left untouched for too long, and they exceeded my expectations at every turn.
First, I take my time when making a bow purchases—researching, testing, and having conversations to make sure I’m making the right choice. That can be a slow process, and I won’t lie; it can probably be annoying. But these guys never once made me feel that way. They were patient, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Each visit, they provided valuable insights, let me test equipment, and helped me figure out what felt right for me - and while the employees I worked with showed me their preferences, they never once over pushed, they presented the option told me why they like it and said I should try it. They genuinely care about finding the best fit for their customers.
When it came to the bow I left sitting for too long, I was blown away by their service. Most shops I have been to have a “drop it off and we’ll call you” approach, and while I don't know if this is typical for extreme outfitters... They got right to work on the spot, setting everything up and testing it to make sure it was perfect. I was unprepared, as I was not use to this level of service — this and having just moved... I didn’t even have arrows with me—but they didn’t miss a beat. An employee even let me use one of his arrows to ensure everything was in order. That level of understanding and customer service is rare.
I ended up purchasing additional items because I appreciated their effort, wanted some upgrades and wanted to support them even more. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched.
This is the kind of pro shop that’s hard to find these days, and I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommended!

Update: I went back and got the bow I mentioned previously, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Chase (I hope that’s how he spells it). He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. It’s clear that Chase genuinely cares about helping customers find the perfect equipment. If you have the chance to work with him, you’re in great hands. He’ll take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. Can’t recommend him & Extreme Outfitters enough!
