This dispensary has been my go-to spot since it opened, but I’ve decided not to shop here anymore due to personal issues with management.
Overall, the shopping experience is satisfactory about 70% of the time. However, during the other 30%, you might wish you had chosen a different place. They carry all the typical items you'd expect from a dispensary, and their prices are comparable to other shops in the area. However, they rarely offer significant deals, and I've noticed that some discounts don't apply to most items. Additionally, their punch card program is not usable on many products. I will miss the fantastic budtenders the most, as they have always been helpful and friendly.
On the downside, the parking lot is small, which can lead to potential waits to park or even to enter the lot. The dispensary is always busy, and you often have to wait to get your ID checked since they don’t hire a receptionist or assign one employee to that task. As a result, you may find yourself enduring long lines in the showroom. Because of the crowd, the staff often seem rushed and eager to get you in and out quickly, making it difficult to ask questions about the products. It feels like they expect customers to know exactly what they want before arriving.
Additionally, the extremely loud music complicates communication with employees. If you need extra time to shop or have questions, this may not be the right place for you—it’s not a PTSD-friendly environment. I’m sad I won’t be back, especially since they’ve always treated me well, and I even won a 75-inch TV here last year.
On a side note, the manager, Al, needs to learn how to deal with disgruntled customers instead of ignoring them. Upper management really needs to figure out the right employees to hire, as there is a revolving door of budtenders. There are about five regular budtenders who have been there for the last year, while the rest seem to come and go, leading one to believe that they don’t know what they’re looking for in employees.
