The produce section was particularly unappealing, with wilted vegetables and overripe fruits scattered across disorganized displays. Shelves in several areas appeared haphazardly stocked, with products misplaced or entirely missing, making it difficult to locate what I needed.
The lack of organization was compounded by an evident understaffing issue. Only a handful of employees were visible, and they seemed overwhelmed with tasks, leaving little time to assist customers. The checkout lines were unnecessarily long due to insufficient open registers, adding to the overall frustration.
It was disappointing to see such a lack of care in maintaining the store and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. El Super has potential, but significant improvements in cleanliness, organization, and staffing are necessary to make it a reliable shopping destination. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to recommend it to others.
