Update 11/13 - Einstein Bros customer service came through with a full refund and a complimentary breakfast sandwich to make-up for their app error. Much appreciated. And my husband and I decided to enjoy breakfast inside this morning. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Definitely our go-to 'fast food' breakfast place!
First, the food is always delicious so no complaints there. The issues I have had are with the app and drvie-thru. The app charged my account 3 times before processing and I am still waiting for a response from Einstein regarding a refund. You can only send an email as they do not provide a contact phone number for customer service. I tried my app again a couple weeks later and same issue. I was told by the drive-thru that I had to come inside to prove the app charged my phone and the manager seemed bothered by my technical issue, with their app. They reluctantly made my order. Needless to say, I will not be using the app again which will likely decrease my interest in going from a convenience factor.
