There is so much to unpack about what happened tonight, and I am left feeling beyond livid and deeply disappointed with the entire process.The dealership’s systems are completely flawed. Navigating between three separate buildings was confusing and inefficient. Communication between departments is atrociously managed, creating unnecessary delays and compounding frustrations. Both sales representatives I worked with were shockingly unprofessional and unfocused, embodying the stereotype of salespeople who care more about their commission than addressing a customer’s needs. They didn’t listen, didn’t communicate effectively, and were clearly at odds with each other, making the experience even worse.To make matters worse, I witnessed numerous employees across departments visibly frustrated with one another, painting a clear picture of a toxic work culture. This was not the high-quality service I expected. It was outdated, chaotic, and outright embarrassing for a brand like Nissan.As someone who prides themselves on professionalism and values exceptional customer service, hospitality, and integrity, this experience was an insult. I came to this dealership hoping for a second chance after a poor experience at another Nissan location, but instead, I was left furious and disgusted.The details of my visit are staggering:• I spent seven hours at the dealership, only to walk away empty-handed.• After falling in love with a 2022 van and agreeing to terms, I waited two more hours while the sales representatives shuffled me back and forth, only to be told they couldn’t secure the vehicle.• My keys were misplaced during this debacle, and I was left stranded with my car locked in a lot after hours.• The lack of coordination, basic courtesy, and accountability made the entire ordeal intolerable.It felt as though they were holding the van for another client while pretending to process my paperwork. The tension between the sales representatives and the overall disorganization made it clear that this dealership prioritizes infighting and self-interest over customer satisfaction.This was not just disappointing—it was infuriating. I have leased and purchased vehicles from Chrysler, Dodge, and Chevy without ever encountering anything close to this level of incompetence and disrespect.It took a great deal of frustration and anger for me to leave this one-star review, as I rarely resort to public complaints. However, I cannot let anyone else waste seven hours of their life on an experience as horrendous as mine. I will never, ever return to a Nissan dealership again. This experience has irreparably damaged my perception of the brand.
