As always, an incredible service and car buying process this September 2023. I drove the two hours to Eddy's Volvo to be met by the smiling and cheerful service team for a scheduled service appointment. My XC60 was moved to the maintenance bay, and I went to the waiting area which by the way as the best cappuchino, cafe, popcorn, and snacks available at 8:00 in the morning. At 9:00 AM Bryan arrived to speak with me about trading in my XC60 for a newer XC60, one thing led to another, at 1200 PM I was on my way home in a 2020 XC60 with a smile and great feeling. The entire team of Sales, Service and Technicians were with me the entire time, showing me the differences, options and methods to save fuel, wear and tear on the vehicle until they let me go. I have been going to Eddy's Volvo for almost seven years, none of these trips were unscheduled, all services. The service team take my Volvo in for scheduled servicing, I am kept up to date on what is taking place and if anything is out of the ordinary until the final checks when the service managers sit down with me and explain everything for payment. A serviced, washed inside and out Volvo is returned in immaculate condition. I cannot say enough about this group of individuals, they are without a doubt the most professional, caring, and considerate group of people you will meet when you visit Eddy's Volvo. A personal thank you from me to them and looking forward to visiting again in the future.‐-------------------17 November 2023--Another wonderful Volvo service. Our XC60 had a common fault the air conditioning evaporator leaked. The service team verified the fault, ordered the replacement and let me know they would schedule the repair with me as soon as the part arrived. The part arrived, I was given an appointment for the repair. I arrived and was met by the service receptionist who as always had everything prepared. I was provided a loaner, 2024 S60 for the return trip and next few days while our XC60 was repaired. I was informed daily of the status and that Thursday would be the day to return and exchange cars. Kim and Steven kept me up to date on the status of the repairs during the week. Upon my return to exchange cars the team were ready and helpful. As usual Eddy’s Volvo is one of those places you want to visit, everyone is happy and smiles are abundant. A great place and one that cares about us the customer.
