The person working there didn't seem very happy which always leads me to wonder how they are treated. I decided to buy a velvet pair of bell bottom pants. I opted to not try them on as the fitting rooms/lighting were not flattering or comfortable. Upon purchase, I was informed they were on sale, fabulous! My friend and myself chatted up the sales person and she brightened up a bit. I arrived home, excited to try on my new purchase. Sadly, they were really poor quality and itched something fierce! I made my way back into the store a week later to learn that not only could I not return them but all sale items are final sale and I could not receive a store credit either. I was dumbfounded. I explained I didn't understand this to which the same grumpy sales person pointed to a sign located at the height of my knees that all sale item were final sale. No, she did share this when I purchased the pants. She said she'd “texted her boss” and there wasn't anything they could do for me. Truly, poor business and poor quality.
