We bought a Tacoma from Arnold at the Dodge store in May for $27,000. We were told that the truck would hold its value, and to come back if we decided to trade again. Fast forward six months later, and we call to trade on a full size truck. We were told NOW they’re going by KBB pricing, and they will only give us $18,000 or under for the truck. So, if they had gone by that pricing six months ago, we wouldn’t have been charged so much for the truck?
