And to be honest I have absolutely zero knowledge about the sales team with the Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia in Green Bay. However, we have been taking advantage of their shop technicians professional and skillful work for the ast nearly 2 years. We've even begun to take our second vehicle, the work car, to them rather than it's manufactures dealership. Recently in fact they showed their true colors, again, when we took the work car in for what were normal vehicle wear items on older models, but that totalled over $3,500 in cost. No one likes that type of news. But this team of highly motivated men and women began a deep search for, let me emphasize good quality here, good quality used parts to help cushion our budget zones. We didn't know that and were able to pay the cost for the sake of a vehicle that could be expected to run another 12 months, and we began to prepare our finances and futur decisions for the least impact we could make for. Once the repairs were finished they contacted us with a final bill around $1,200 less than we had expected, and a diagnosis of a fully functioning car of up to the next 2 years. The repairs weren't a surprise, we'd had them do a full bumper to bumper a few months earlier and they'd caught the upcoming repair back then. So we knew it was on the way, and we had time to prepare. Now, if you wanted to read an entire novel I could continue reflecting on each encounter with them, but you don't. So again, we have not dealt with their sales team but for a quick conversation or question or two. But if you are looking for a reliable, honest, and human service department for your vehicles. Bring them to this shop. I have actually had some amount of self repair and garage mechanic experience. In fact when my wife and I married 7 years ago, I did all of our repairs and replacements myself. I did good work so we didn't need much often. I was also broken and extremely slow, it would always take a couple days to recover so she finally convinced me to allow our budget to take the hits. Honestly I have not found a shop I am as grateful to call on than this team here. For 2 years they have never given me a report that I wasn't able to research and substanciate. And that means a lot to a family these days. They deserve to be noticed and receive some credit, so this review is my, drip in the pond, portion of that effort.
