I recently bought a Pre-Owned Corsair. And I’ve taken it twice to Doral Lincoln for Service. First time was for a routine Oil Change. Which Ashley Valdes was the Service Advisor. Ashley was WONDERFUL in every way. To the point that she greeted me when I walked in. And wished me the best when I left. TRUE PROFESSIONAL. The ONLY downside was that it took 2hrs for them to do a Carwash. Which WAS NOT Ashley’s fault. Apparently they only had 2 guys to Car Washing for Service AND Sales.BUT! ! ! My second visit was for something minor. SOMEHOW the OBD Port came loose and was hanging on the floor. I tried putting it back, but had no success. So I decided to take it in to see if they can Service it & fix it. From the moment I walked in I noticed this one female Service Advisor in the first Air Conditioned Cubicle (Next to Ashley’s Desk). She was Blonde about 5’5” (approx) slightly heavy set. I remembered her from my 1st visit with Ashley. She was working the reception desk in Service Department. BOTH times she had an attitude like she didn’t wanna work there. And gave off an attitude like “How Dare you bother me at work”. So she found me in the Lobby to ask me what’s wrong with my Car. With an attitude the whole time. When I told her about the OBD Port she AUTOMATICALLY replies “Well that wasn’t because of the oil change we did!”. Shocked & confused I responded “I NEVER said it was. I just said it came loose & I couldn’t get it back on”. She replied well this is gonna take SEVERAL hours to work on. I’ll call you when it’s ready. And then just walks away. When the car was done in approximately 25mins. She just sticks her head to the lobby and says Cars done & walks away. Nothing explanation on what was done or thank you for coming. NEVER got her name because she never gave it, NOR a business card. If this is how Doral Lincoln treats there new customers. I DO NOT wanna know how they treat their long time customer. Sorry to say but after this experience I won’t be coming back. Which was a shame cause I was considering a getting a new car for my Daughter. But after this experience I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had 3 different Navigators since 2001 . Buy a new vehicle about every 4 years so I’ve changed makes and models in between the 24 year span ( citadel, Infinity QX80, Mustang, Jeep, Range Rover) After having my current 2019 Black Label Navigator for 4 years. Many service issues with Doral Lincoln. The pitch and “promises” the sales people give you when your purchasing brand new and spending my hard earned money only to be disappointed on many occasions from them not communicating properly when I would get my vehicle serviced, keeping my vehicle for the whole day and onetime overnight with out updating me on the status for a simple oil change mind you my package came with the red cap concierge service so they pick up my vehicle from wherever I was and dropped it back off to me,to not doing certain things that was supposed to be done like tire rotation filter changes. My AC went bad and ironically it wasn’t covered in the warranty at the time it stopped working and I had to pay big$$ to change the AC unit. If you are thinking about buying from Doral Lincoln be very careful. Ask questions and voice record agreements and what they are telling you because things are not always as they say when they sell you a vehicle. Read the fine print My service rep started out nice then got nasty where I sent emails to the owner and cc other upper management about my complaints on many different things, I only dealt with service managers after when my vehicle needed scheduling for service. When I am paying over 100,000.00 for expectations and promises … and I am not happy…. Yes I will complain. I got tired of dealing with Doral Lincoln and ended up trading in the Black Label Navigator for a 2024 Cadillac Escalade V series from Ed Morse Sawgrass. I am extremely happy so far. But I have to say… the best sales and service I have ever gotten through out my different makes and models of vehicles so far has been from South Motors Infinity! They went above and beyond. Loaner was given every time, no charge for the gas used on it. My service rep was on top of everything. They made sure to leave the gas filters they changed out in my car so I can see they actually changed it. Never had an issue with my QX80. I’m hoping Ed Morse doesn’t disappoint… cause that would be a different review 🙃 if I knew then what I know now especially from getting insight from TikTok and dealerships, things may have been different. Do your research and read reviews. It helps a lot.
