My Fiancé and I went to this store today. The cashier did not greet us, but instead insisted on us giving the basket to her by setting it on the counter. I always take the items out to try to be helpful, and today I needed to grab my phone and wallet out from the bottom. She demanded again. I told the woman I needed to grab my stuff from the bottom, then she replied with how she wasn’t going to take it, however I am not comfortable handing my phone and wallet to anyone! I needed my wallet to pay for my stuff anyways… She began to go faster and faster and mumbled something unclear under her breath, then, she threw my bag with the items I was about to pay for across the counter. We paid and walked out without engaging in her hateful behavior.
This was the last straw for us at this location! We come in here quite often, and we are always treated with disrespect. However this is the most severe experience we have had. We will be driving across town to another Dollar Tree from now on.
