Read MoreI purchased a package of chip clips and the cashier tried to tell me they didn't come with a cat, dog and a cow in the set, that they were supposed to be all the same animal. She then rudely asked another employee if the set came that way, she was told yes they were packaged with the 3 different animals.
For $1.25 I would not waste my time switching them around and would have purchased them if I wanted duplicates. Even after finding that I didn't switch them, she didn't bother to apologize for her mistake or accusation. I'm pretty sure it's not corporate policy to treat paying customers like the scum who walk in, take what they want and walk out without paying.
I won't step foot into the Plaza Parkway store again. The employees are rude, the line is always long, mainly because only one register is open. I imagine it's because the others are busy following people around, watching your every move to make sure you aren't stealing. Just because some people steal from them, doesn't mean all people should be treated as such!!!
