Dollar General employees either have poor work uniform standards or something else is going on...
I was at just Dollar General shopping with my child (Crofton/Gambrills, MD behind Burger King), and someone was approaching me wearing black pants, a black Reebok sweatshirt (big Reebok sign on the front of it), and a black ski mask. His entire head was covered and the only thing not covered was his eyes. He wouldn't stop starring at me and I asked what he was doing, at which point he told me that he works there. As he kept walking towards me, I asked him to show me an employee badge or an employee shirt, and he told me that is his employee shirt (no other writing or identifiable signs other than Reebok). He asked me what was wrong and I told him that he looked like he was about to rob the place (exact same thing happened at the 7-11 right up to the street 2 weeks ago when someone wearing the exact outfit did a smash and grab of food and merchandise and took off running while I was at the register checking out). To avoid a confrontation I grabbed my daughter and we left quickly. As the individual didn't show any deliberate aggressive behavior, I'm assuming that they aren't getting robbed. Sounds like the Dollar General needs a dress code overhaul. We have stopped in there periodically since they have opened and have never seen anything like this. Do better DG.
