My husband and I have moved here October 2019 and have really loved it so far. All of the neighbors that we have met are welcoming and friendly, even their friends whom are frequent park visitors are real friendly. The first day that we were here, I bought handmade jewelery from a cute little girl on a bicycle whom smiles or waves to me still nearly everytime she passes by. The handyman Jose has been a great and will keep in touch with you promptly as to any scheduling conflicts. So far, we have no complaints. Just took a minute to get used to constant music of all genres being BUMPED but it's all just another ingredient in this wonderful melting pot MH park
Flash forward to June 2022: there are 2 pools here in the park that I have yet to swim in. I totally understand that they had to be closed because of COVID restrictions, but now those restrictions have been lifted. It's so hot outside and it really sucks to have to look at a waterless, empty pool everytime I get my mail. It would be so nice to be able to take a refreshing lap in that pool. Hubby and I are total mermaid and merman couple.
That's really my only thing that I don't like about it here. Just wanted to be able to take advantage of everything that our rent is paying for. I've gotten used to all kinds of music being played at anytime of the night or day. Neighbors here are chill and pretty much keep to themselves. Having our own place here has been an amazing experience for us, and all the helpful people we've met in the MH park has been great. There's a handyman probably at every other trailer, so help is never too far!
