Let's begin in 2021 when I bought my first vehicle from Toyota the experience was amazing the service was outstanding. Come to find out we weren't even working with Toyota we just bought our vehicle from Toyota that would explain the Night & Day experiences. Recently our experience was the exact opposite when shopping for a vehicle. We were approached very quickly and felt very rushed about looking at vehicles and trying to make an offer. Every sales technique was used during this experience we were told that our vehicle was pulled and hidden so nobody else could look at it which seems incorrect according to their company policy. We were told that our sales person had multiple customers within the showroom that day so he was going to be in and out of our meeting. When it came to negotiating the offer the only negotiating that is available on the front in, is their PermaGuard package estimate cost $2,500 with a return of 1,450 if traded in the first five years.There was no discount considered for having one key, needing new tires, and interior body rust. What a gimmick. Come to find out we were the only customer for this sales person. When we finally gave our asking price we were told no way that would ever happen. We stated that was ok and we are open to other options. The salesperson got up stated he would destroy this paperwork. No thanks for stopping, no pitch to other vehicles. Just left sitting at an empty desk and walked out feeling very underappreciated. The High Pressure sales technique ended up in an absolute failure and a loss of future business for Toyota. Integrity is not a strong character trait at this dealership.
