I feel lucky to have found Cynthia Quezada a year ago when I went to the Inn at Loretto in downtown Santa Fe to have a mani/pedi. She did a great job, and was very kind to me. I’d been through a bad time emotionally, and was also mobility-challenged while I waited to have a scheduled hip replacement. If I’d been her mom, she couldn’t have taken better care of me. AND she gave me a great pedicure and manicure. When I asked, she gave me her phone number so I could contact her directly when I had recovered from my surgery and was ready to see her again. When I called her a few months later, I found out that she and her sister had started their own business. I’ve been going there monthly ever since and am very pleased with the service, the nice atmosphere of the shop, the easy parking, and Cynthia herself. It’s a little hard to find the first time (use your GPS and then look for their sign on one of the buildings off Rufina that all look the same). I’d been looking for a decently priced but still “luxurious” place for this service, and I am very pleased to have found it at D’ Grand Salon. The high-end hotel spas in town are all lovely but high-priced, and the run-of-the-mill strip mall places are inexpensive, but hardly relaxing. D’ Grand Salon fills a very needed niche and I highly recommend Cynthia. Plus, it’s been a pleasure watching her and her sister grow the business from the ground up. I’m pleased to see them doing so well. I respect their work ethic and integrity. Cynthia has now been certified to add facials and lash extensions to her offerings. She has become a friend as well as a manicurist. Thank you!
