Wow, what phenomenal service! My dad and I were on a month-long road trip from Missouri and only on day 6 but were having issues with our Sena headsets. We had a ticket number from Sena and had already tried all the trouble shooting we could on our own. We went into this Cycle Gear for help and Eli got us both switched out with new Sena headsets. Unfortunately we still had problems so we ended up switching to Cardo and all the static is gone! Eli spent hours with us to ensure we were taken care of and that we left with a good, working system.
I also bought a new bag to put on the back of my bike and 2 women there helped me figure out how to get it secured. They also helped me review options for a tank bag.
Every employee who helped test the headsets, install the headsets, helped with the bags, etc was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that our trip can resume with ease. I’m a new rider and Cycle Gear definitely has my business going forward.
