I used them for years, their hours stink, some of them are rude, the 1 guy pharmacist was difficult to deal with and made me get a rejection letter from my insurance company every time for this one medication, even though i had a script from my dr, I knew it wasn’t covered and prepared to pay out of pocket ($150-200) because it was a brand name. When I complain, he tried to intimidate me, and threatened not to fill it at all. I had already run out, so I literally had a kiss his but to get him to fill my script. It was humiliating. Since then I’ve asked Doctors, other pharmacies, and they’ve never heard of a pharmacist doing what he did.I switched to Rite Aid in Medford.Hours are great, professional and that same medication that the CVS pharmacist was giving me a hard time about and letting me pay thousands of dollars a year out of pocket is fully covered at Rite Aid, I haven’t paid for it since. It’s not that Rite Aid has different rules. It’s that they took the time to figure out a way to get it covered for me.Plus, the Rite Aid is way newer, a lot bigger, has GNC products and its only a 2 minute drive from this one.
