West Covina, Nogales.I was going through intense infectious pain, and my urgent care doctor recommended me to go here. She kept pushing me to leave and stated that it’s not her problem when I arrived.I’m a very patient person, I waited 6 hours already from urgent care, so when she yelled at me I ended up crying. It’s almost Christmas so I didn’t expect such nasty words and disturbing behavior. It was incredibly inhumane. She could’ve just said “sorry, we’re closing” or said it in a nicer tone, I would feel a lot comfortable, but she was incredibly abrasive and rude. I didn’t feel like I was being treated well… 😔Furthermore, I mentioned that I’m going through extreme discomfort and nausea, but she brushed it off and kept asking me to leave. And I was just baffled by the aggressive tone. I never experienced this type of service before, and didn’t expect such hatred for arriving.Another note, it stated that it closes at 10:00pm, but it ended up closing at 9:00pm. I don’t have an issue with this whatsoever. I didn’t mind if that is the case, but I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly. I wish I recorded the conversation, it was so awful…The other employees seem pretty nice though, but I didn’t interact with them sadly, my mom had to walk in for me because the ordeal was uncomfortable, and helped pick up the medications. It was packaged nicely at least with precise information on the bottle and paper bag.
