I recently witnessed an extremely unprofessional encounter at this CVS location. One of the employees, a man with slicked-back hair, rudely yelled at a customer, a man, telling him to stand behind a non-existent line. The employee's tone was unnecessarily aggressive and uncalled for. When the customer questioned his behavior, another employee, a woman with long blonde braids, stepped in and said that no one should be rude to someone handling their medication, which came across as a veiled threat. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate.
On top of witnessing that encounter, I had a disappointing experience myself. When I asked the pharmacist to explain the difference between two medications after my doctor changed my prescription, he couldn't provide any helpful information. Additionally, the staff failed to notify my doctor of an issue with my prescription, which resulted in me missing a dose of critical medication. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
While one employee during my visit was helpful and apologetic, the overall experience was extremely poor. The staff seems to lack basic customer service skills and competence. I cannot recommend this CVS location if you're looking for professional and knowledgeable service.
