Yesterday a pharm tech was working the front (extremely friendly) she had a line when I needed balloons and was going to fill the balloons, I told her to take care of the others no worries I had time! “Janelle” came up after she was finishing with the last and was extremely rude. She stated how she didn’t have time to fill the balloons, (no one in line and maybe 2 shoppers in the whole store) stomped around, read the price sheet extremely rudely “it’s going to cost you” just all around extremely unprofessional and flat out RUDE. She started to put the balloon on the tank and said “I don’t even know if we have helium” ..I said you know what I’ll take them else where. After dealing with her tantrum for 2 minutes . She was extremely rude and in the most condescending way said to “have a nice day” . I am always giving the benefit of the doubt, I know people have bad days however this was beyond that. She was extremely out of line and honestly her actions were embarrassing. I won’t be returning to CVS for my pharmacy, or any other needs.
