The employees are always kind and helpful but today I sat in the drive thru line for a little over an hour, and that was super frustrating. I didn’t have the luxury of coming back at another time so I had to wait. I called the store to see what the hold up was and no one answered, but then I found out from another review and after asking at the window, that they were testing for COVID also in the drive thru. That’s great that you offer testing, but there needs to be some better communication with your customers, or atleast some signage outside letting your drive thru customers know that there may be a longer wait due to testing or a sign to come pick up inside or something.
