Ordered 7 foldable 5x7 greeting cards yesterday at Villa La Jolla location and it was supposed to be available for pick up in a couple hours. Came in the next day, still nothing. They explained they were having printer issues, tried calling to get it fixed, etc. Said it would probably take a while. Went home, tried to order at this location (Clairemont) but they wouldn't have it available till Monday at which point it's a work week and I wouldn't be able to pick up and take to post office in time during working hours. Still placed an order while talking on the phone with them asking if they could try to expedite. I called back to initial location (Villa La Jolla) and they said good news, printer is working, come on back. Call Clairemont, cancel my order, go to Villa, stand in line and they hand me some 4x6 photos that I had included in my order (not the priority) but the cards aren't in the envelope. Explain that I already picked up the photos, I was waiting for cards. Sorry, printer actually isn't working, not sure when it will be fixed. Have to proceed to go to Clairemont, and ask how quickly they can print. They said there are no orders currently so should be quick. Proceed to order on their Kodak machine, gives me a receipt (with a wrong price from what the store charges and also they don't have foldable cards even though on the wall it says they do so I order 5x7 prints instead) and then continue to wait for almost 2 hours. No email confirmation and they don't have anything printing on their end or coming up in their system. It is now Sunday night at 9pm and I have paid for cards I don't have and don't know when will be available and these were supposed to be getting mailed internationally. I know staff isn't at fault since it is machine errors but please don't say you have express one hour printing when it's been 2 days and 2 locations can't seem to print 7 simple cards or let alone 5x7 prints. Very disappointed and don't think I'll be printing at CVS again.
