For the most part, the service has steadily declined for the past 5 or 6 years. It goes in cycles. Once they have a good pharmacist that sticks around (very heavy turnover, every dept,) and have one customer service representative that can rush to, and address, all clerical or procedural tasks, things go somewhat smooth. Right now, however, is not one of them. I've witnessed no less than 5 website changes or outright do-overs. Many dozens of times, sadly, I've been told my scrip is ready only to find that is code for, yea, if you come in and take a number, we'll get right to it. Half of the staff mean well, the other half can be mean.
In summary, it's a coin toss. Never great, but somewhat competent.
