Read MoreThis is hands-down, the best pharmacy in Dublin, Georgia and I think probably most underrated pharmacy because I’ve heard people talk bad about it in the past and it’s made me not even go until I was forced to go because no other pharmacy in Dublin had my medicine at the time, but they did? and I’m so glad that it worked out in this way because I will no longer go to any other pharmacy in Dublin, Georgia because most all pharmacies treat you like your garbage, a criminal and Basically, like you were less than human and it disgust me But when I went here almost every pharmacy tech and the pharmacist himself Showed me something different. They actually made me feel like I was a human and like i mattered. I have a couple different things wrong with me chronic pain being one of them so I depend on my pharmacies. I depend on my medicine to get me through the day. No, I didn’t say I’m addicted to my medicine and that’s how I get through my day. I said I depend on my medicines to get me through the day. and it has been a Battle with many pharmacies So basically, I know how everyone treats me and has treated me at all pharmacies in this town and by far CVS is on the very top. They are the best. I actually don’t even have my insurance with them. It’s locked into another pharmacy because the insurance I have you can’t change pharmacies more than twice in a year which has caused me to pay cash to cvs and I’m just fine doing that Just to go to this pharmacy!! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that relates to what I’m saying, and that has been treated like their scum By these other pharmacies in Dublin Georgia so again I want to reiterate CVS of Dublin hands down is the best pharmacy around my business will go nowhere else!!! sorry for the long post I just give credit where credit is due!!

Terrible Customer Service at CVS Pharmacy – Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today at CVS Pharmacy in Dublin. I have visited this location before and have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately, today’s experience was by far the worst I have ever had at any CVS.
When I approached the counter to pick up my medication, the pharmacist (or assistant) asked me for the necessary information to locate it. She then went to the side of the pharmacy, where I could still see her. While there, she announced over the intercom that my insurance required preauthorization. She then asked me a question, but her explanation was unclear. As I attempted to ask for clarification, she abruptly hung up on me.
What made matters worse was that I could still see her and another staff member behind the counter. She muttered something under her breath with an expression of disgust, and they both proceeded to talk. This level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. When she returned to the counter, I expressed my displeasure about how I was treated. Instead of showing genuine concern, she simply said, “I’m sorry” in the most dismissive manner and then closed the window on me.
This behavior is despicable. It is unfortunate that Dublin has only one CVS, or I would have immediately taken my business elsewhere. I lived in Virginia for five years and used CVS regularly, always receiving world-class service. To the young lady who treated me this way—shame on you! CVS, I expect better from your staff. Please address this issue so that no other customer has to experience such disrespect and lack of professionalism.
