The pharmacy workers are impertinent, cumbersome, incompetent, and unorganized. They never apologize for their own mistakes to the costumers, and they always deflect the blame on somebody else (the computer or even the costumers). Each time I show up to pick up my prescription, they tell me that they did not even realize that my prescription was due the day that I showed up to pick it up. Why would they not know that? They work there, and they should have checked their computer more carefully. This has also happened to other costumers. Then they blame the computer for their own mistakes, and then they make you wait a long time for the prescription to be filled. No apologies were ever made for making you wait a long time or for not informing you about your prescription being filled after you waited a long time.
Even when you mention to these pharmacy workers that they are constantly making abundant mistakes, they deflect the blame on you because they don't want to take any responsiliby for their own mistakes. It is a lot easier for them to blame the costumers than to learn from their own mistakes. This is why mistakes keep occuring incessantly, and it seems to be like an eternal pattern.
These pharmacy workers need to stop treating costumers like trash, and they need to leave their arrogant attitudes at home. If I was a manager at this CVS Pharmacy, I would definitely have these pharmacy workers fired, and I would hire new pharmacy workers that are organized, competent, courteous, and on time with filling costumers's prescriptions. CVS Pharmacy corporation needs to fix this immediately because it has gotten worse over the years.
