From the pharmacy to the front store, worst experience ever. When I called the store, I gotten the front and the man that answered were very rude and his attitude with horrible, and not only that he hung up in my face. So when I drove to the pharmacy drive thru, the pharmacy technician gonna ask me “Did I get a text or call, shown my prescription were ready”, I said no. I couldn't get a word in, heck I just wanted to see if y'all received my prescription that I transferred that's all. So I had to go back on the app and transfer my prescription to another location, that location were a bit better than Denham location. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

I’ve been living in Denham Springs for years now and have gotten my prescriptions from CVS in Denham Springs for about 7 years. I’ve always loved my pharmacist and the techs. I have no idea what happened but the pharmacist there now is HORRIBLE! Anne Tran treated me and my husband like crap for a legal prescription my doctor wrote me. She refused to fill it because it was a narcotic. Told my husband that they aren’t servicing new patients and said I was going everywhere for that prescription. She also said we are only allowed to fill the prescription at that cvs location. I’ve had 5 surgeries and am allergic to most pain medication. I do not abuse this medication. I’ve been on and off it more times than I can count and have always gone to cvs in Denham springs because my insurance only pays when I use cvs. The only time I have ever gone anywhere else is if this CVS and the surrounding CVS locations were out of my medication. She refused to fill it and I had surgery about a month ago and am still dealing with pain. We drove to CVS in Walker and that pharmacist filled it with no problem. We spoke to her about what happened. She apologized and didn’t understand why it happened. She looked at the report too and said I have had it filled at cvs 90% of the time, said I have been a long time CVS customer, and it should have been filled. Can I say my husband and I were blown away? I felt like I was being accused of being an addict at the Denham Springs location. Everyone who knows me knows that I am not an addict and I follow doctor’s orders to the T.

I would never shop at this location ever again in my life I felt violated as soon as I walked into the door the young lady that was working there, and the red shirt followed me around the store as soon as I got there and I’m looking around. I am a black woman. She was a black woman, but there was also white men and women in the store. She did not follow them around except me, I’m looking at hair products that section she’s behind me a vitamin section picked up vitamins picked up water pills and she’s everywhere. I am goes to the counter and tells the guy in the purple shirt behind the counter, whispering to him. I’m stealing I’m standing in line and she tried to make small conversation with me. I never been so violated in my life. I never stole anything in my life and that was the first time I ever felt uncomfortable going into any retail store on S. Range Road in Denham Springs Louisiana. I’m boycotting that location.

I was put on a very very strong, last resort antibiotic, that comes with a lot of things that I cannot eat, drink, or take, and was not offered any sort of counsel. They're lucky that I'm not still on any of the meds that I can't take with this antibiotic, because if I were, and I had adverse reactions, they would most definitely be held liable and would have a lawsuit on their hands.
They cheated me out of a few of my much needed pain pills. They gave me a partial fill and now won't give me the rest. No, it's not too soon. I wouldn't go here if you have controlled RX because they skim off of your prescription and I'm sure someone is pocketing those pills.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever. I’ve never been able to get my prescription in under an hour, even when they tell me it’s ready. Called about a prescription Monday, said it would be ready Wednesday. Went on Friday to get it and they claimed it was due to Thanksgiving hours on Thursday. I’m thinking they just forgot again. Not to mention the many times my prescription is ready only for them to say it won’t be in for another few days…

If negative stars were an option, that would be my choice. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for over a year and every single month I come back to fill them, there's an issue of some sort. Today I've been waiting over 5 hours for a two prescriptions, I get here at 8:35 before close and they tell me they don't have one of them, so they're only giving me 3 of them, and they have to order them - even though every time I called they'd say it would be an hour. And I'm sure when I come back when they claim they've been shipped to the store, there will be even more issues.. I've also had my controlled medication STOLEN by an employee I'm assuming, because they never give me the full script. There's always some missing. And every time before this has been an absolute nightmare as well. I don't recommend you waste your time on this pharmacy. Go to a different one.

Definitely have had an amazing experience with pharmacy refills, the staff and have always had excellent customer service. Greeted appropriately, asked if I needed help, and has always told have a safe and great day, sometimes blessed day depending on who it was. If they had any problems with my medications they took care of it immediately, call for refills, refill automatically, sometimes the wait is a little longer but first come first serve but never over 30 minutes mostly shorter and even through my insurance they will mail my prescriptions to me if I don’t have a way as right now I have a broken fibula and ankle. The manager has always made sure to have certain items I need regularly and is extremely an amazing awesome person!! I’ve never had an issue in the two years I have been with them!! My motto if you see someone may not sound really nice brighten their day with a few words and make them smile as you will get the respect back!! We all have bad days!! Thanks CVS/SPECIALTY CAREMARK!!

Have given this place 4 chances on separate occasions and not one time did they have my rx ready for me when I got there. One of those times they argued that the dr didn’t send them anything so I pulled up my mychart and showed it to them…..but of course some of them have a “that’s not my job” lazy mentality and still said it’s just not showing up instead of trying to call to be helpful.they are rude and lazy and this place needs to get shut down. It is a disgrace.

They have sent my prescriptions back within 7 days of refilling without informing me.
I walked in 15 minutes to close when the pharmacist on duty told me that it was too late to pick up a prescription. I eventually retrieved my prescription but not without a debate first.
I’ve only ever used CVS for convenience and unfortunately the convenience is no longer sufficient.
For the few good workers there - thank you! But sadly the negative has continued to outweigh the positive in every experience with this location.

If I could rate no stars, I would. The customer service I received yesterday at the pharmacy was horrendous and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, I have moved my prescription because of that experience. The lady behind the pharmacy was rude for no reason. Please do better.

If the option of negative stars were available, that would be my choice ! Colette is the person that answers the phone for the pharmacy and she has she trashiest attitude I’ve ever came in contact with. She interrupts people before they’re done speaking, and talks to everyone like they’re ignorant. Just a plain ratchet idc/rude attitude and so trashy. I know if I were the manager there she would be fired the first time she spoke to someone the way she just spoke to me.
