I have also been buying their marinated chicken thigh meat, which is perfect for air frying for a quick and delicious meal. And it's not just the quality of the food, but the unsurpassed service. Steaks are cut just the way I ask for them... custom.
The other day, I asked Kamal if he had prepared his new recipe for Chicken Korma, and although he said no, he whipped up a batch for me while I waited! He then cooked up a couple of pieces for us both to make sure it tasted good... and it was way better than good!
So far I've had the Chicken 65, Chicken Tandoori Thighs, Chicken Shawarma, and Sumac Chicken. My favorite so far is the Chicken 65. Using the "Hot and Smoky Adobo" spice they sell, and with some of their fresh chicken thigh chunks, I cooked up some spicy adobo chicken in the air fryer at home. Quick, easy, and delicious.
Since this shop opened, I stopped buying meats & seafood from Whole Foods. So I have to say, I'm hooked, and will definitely continue to be a regular!
Pros:

- Chicken is always fresh
- Wide variety of fresh and frozen seafood
- An fantastic selection of spices so you can experiment for yourself with your custom cut meats
- The shop is always immaculate and clean
- Prices are market prices, and are more than fair considering the quality and freshness you get
- Custom cuts can be vacuum sealed, if you request it
- Unmatched service. Kamal, always friendly and respectful, will prepare any cut of beef/poultry/etc., the way you want it. And given enough notice, he will prepare marinated meats for you in advance. If you have an idea for a recipe, he actually makes a note of it, and often makes the effort to research it and will try it out! Sometimes, on the spot he'll air fry a new recipe to test it with you.
