I ordered costumes in January and had not received them yet by the end of April. I called and was told that covid pushed manufacturing back (understandable) but that the costumes would be ready for our recital towards the end of May. A few weeks later I called asking about an update my costumes (because the link that they sent me about estimated shipping times was unavailable). After 3 days of calling, leaving emails (none of which have been returned), and leaving voicemails(also unreturned), I finally got on the phone with a costumer rep. I explained to her that I needed an update on my costumes as my recital will be THIS COMING WEEKEND. She informed me (for the first time may I add) that the production dates have been pushed back again. I explained to her that I needed the costumes and she worked with me to get a similar costume. She insured me that the costumes should arrive at my house in 3 days. I still have not received the costumes, or even a shipping confirmation number, and I can not even get a hold of them because their "summer hours are closed on Friday through Sunday."
My recital is in 2 days and I am confident I will not have costumes for 2 of my students, who paid for their costume the same time as everyone else.
