The chain of restaurants no one's Culver's Is A minnesotan Favorite And Top go to restaurants Every individual whether that's a family Or single person.What prompted my review today was the manager working this morning named Krista. I'd like to applaud her for going above and beyond service levels and providing such high standards of customer service and also the general atmosphere that she has going throughout her restaurant and employees. She takes pride in what she does, and I hope 13 management and ownership of this restaurant notices the work that is being put in is what's going to make not just this location succeed butt the whole franchise itself.I will briefly speak upon all my Culver's visits not just this location but I'll have visited that I remember. I would say I remember 30 to 40 visits I've taken to a Culver's in my life. That's being very modest, I know it's more than that.What attracted me to the restaurant first is knowing that all of their ingredients come locally sourced and are not fresh or frozen and also that other ingredients are cared for and contain non genetically modified ingredients, essentially saying that their ingredients are better quality for you and your body.No obviously a double or triple cheeseburger with fries is not healthy for your body at all. Lol. But if you're looking for something that's quick easy but you're also not going to wake up feeling like crap or vice versa feeling crap after you eat all of their food. Everything is prepared fresh and it's not made before hand. It's all made to order.Some people will probably argue about the price, and say that Culver's is expensive but those people usually are putting Culver's in the same genre as fast food. Culver's is not what is considered today's fast food at all. Just because they have a drive-thru and you can have your food in a bag or served in front of you indoors in 5 minutes, that gives you no reason at all to put this anywhere close to the same field of restaurants as your: McD's, B.K., T-Bell, etc. Etc. Etc.As far as what type of category food is Culver's I am not exactly sure what I would put it in.. it certainly not fast food but then again it's not fine dining. It's pretty much in its own category. It's a local staple dining restaurant, serving everything for the whole family and for every type of occasion and people's needs.Wrapping up getting back to what I said about price is you get what you pay for here. I speak the truth in the past I have said that Culver's is expensive but at that time I was around 22 years old, now being in my young thirties taking everything into account this place is not pricey are expensive into anyone who says that they are way too used to going and ordering off the dollar menu at McDonald's.Am I the only one who wanders how most people are making it nowadays?Doing anything is expensive. It's pretty crazy. And honestly we're talking about the price here it's not even double what McDonald's or Burger King charges.You also don't have to order your food off of a dang dumb self-serve kiosk like at McDonald's now.The service level on how friendly employees are here really make a huge difference.Kid-friendliness: A healthy and safe environment that really brings the midwest home to you! Great times and is most certainly friendly and acceptable for the whole family whether you're actually bringing the whole family! That's Aunts & Uncles, mom, Dad, your sisters and brothers, oh and don't forget to bring Grandpa Rudy and!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair in handicap entrances are completely level if you enter right in front of the buildings main entrance. 380 degree incline from the parking lot leading to the front door of the restaurant . . The whole building inside as well as the parking lot outside is all level except for a curb what raises up about 6 in from the parking lot.

Amazing service, super fast, the guys were very polite and well spoken. The food is delicious and visiting here has brought my mood from a 4 to a 9 out of 10. The restaurant was very clean, the music was just the right volume.Update: still 5 star service 2 years later. I frequently get food at this location and am always impressed.

1st time at new Eden Prairie location. Little worried as we stepped up to counter an older gentleman complained to counter employee they have been waiting for quite some time. The help found their order and turned it around in a minute. He left satisfied. Our order was complete, tasted fine. Young man came by to pick up trays. 1PM, Several empty booths needed to be wiped down. We had to find a clean empty table. Restrooms were clean. Over all good experience for me and my little buddy. Nice job New EP Culver’s.

We had a great time and experience here today for dinner. The staff were very kind and welcoming and asked how our day was going. That was nice - I Typically don't have a bad experience at any Culver's and our half hour spent at this location added to that streak.The food was tasty, the facilities, tables and floors were clean, and the service was quick! I recommend heading here if you're in the mood for a fast bite.Vegetarian options: Any sandwich you can get with a veggie pattyParking: The location shares a parking lot with Lunds and Byerlys as well as some other stores, so parking spots are plentiful, but can it be fairly high volume with other drivers.

As for a menu, for us older folks, they hand you a greasy plastic laminated, icky, handled all day by germy, Covid-y, Staph-continated, kids with boogers,.... Also it is poorly organized, and hard to readI just was at Culver's in Bloomington, MN #371 (a nearby suburb). What a pleasure! Had a holder of fresh, new fold-out paper menu's !!To take home or keep in the car---encourages repeat business!I have been to both outlets multiple times.Bloomington staff is much more attentive, pleasant.At Eden Prairie #220---lackadaisical. No help reading that menu up by the ceiling & only one person of all the staff and knew their even is a hand-held, greasy menu at all.The manager didn't know either.Are they saving on paper?

My two friends and I went to get some dinner, and we ended up taking our food to go because there was a situation that arose that made us feel very unsafe. We went to ask an employee to walk us to our car, and before we could even ask, they volunteered to take us outside. When it wasn’t safe to exit there, they took us around the back of the restaurant and made sure we got in our car safely and drove away. I called to make sure they knew we were ok, and the sweet woman mentioned that they had been thinking about us and if we had gotten home safely. While this was a terrifying experience, the employees all made my friends and I feel very well cared for and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Food at this location can be greasy or overcooked and dry, depending on cooks. Drive-up slow. Put in an order and said "that is it". Yet they asked many up-sell questions wasting my time. Food delivery really slow. Will not use drive-up again. Much better drive-up choices nearby. Food quality inconsistent. From good to poor. Like when food is good.

Everytime I come to culvers I order the same thing all the time and it's wrong everytime. can I just get what I paid for. that's all I'm asking. I send it back sometimes but most times I just keep it. what a waste of money. Today 3/9/24. I sent the concrete mix in back and still got the wrong thing but I didn't know because what I ordered was chocolate. I ordered snicker and brownie pieces. they gave me heath and I hate heath. again what a waste of money.

We love Culver's but unfortunately this particular location was not to the standard of the other location in Shakopee. It needed some good scrubbing ( front door to the restaurant needs some cleaning, the table in the dining room was clean, restroom didn't have paper towels and the floor was not to Culver's standard and the food didn't taste as good. Sorry but this was our experience a few days ago.

Every time I've ordered a concrete mixer from this location, it's poorly mixed and the bottom 1/3rd is plain custard. I raised this issue to customer service and they told me they'd be training their staff to improve quality and consistency for this. A month later, I ordered a mixer and had the same issue. This has happened consistently at this location, but not other locations I visit like Bloomington. Disappointing to pay around $6 for a mixer and have 1/3rd of it be without mix-ins.

Eden Prairie Culver's is usually pretty quick and reasonably easy to find and park at. The drive thru had several lanes for ordering or pickup and is efficient enough. The 4 pint party pack of custard is a family favorite. They are also willing to customize your custard treat however you like it.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers are available as a standard menu option. It's a tasty alternative to the typical meat burger.

I love the drive thru here! You just never know what you're going to witness. One time I saw a drunk guy crash into the person in front of him. Another time I saw a miserable old man chew out an employee for politely asking him to pull forward so that the drive thru could operate properly. Today, I had someone pull out of the line in front of me AFTER placing their order, which caused me to get the wrong order. And then another guy was getting out of his car berating the staff because I don't think he understood how the drive thru worked. But every step of the way, the staff smile and make it right. It's dinner and a show, and I can't wait to see what my future visits have in store for me.P.S. Culver's team members are people too.

Not a fan of name requirements. Intrusive and not necessary. Too many creeps out there to be announcing names out loud. Certainly wouldn't let my daughters order there. Order taker was nice but inaccurate. Last time I will be using this Culver’s as I gave them a chance to correct this stupidity months ago. No longer kid friendly in my eyes.

I ordered 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 drinks and the bill was over $21. When the food came out, I got 2 fries instead of 1. It had become a trend lately at Culver that I got more food when I ordered. It maybe just a mistake or something until I looked at the receipt. I might think twice about next time when I go there, look at the receipt before I sit down. Other than that it getting more expensive. I might want to try another burgers joint.

My husband and I came into to Culver's a few days ago and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The cashier that took our order was very nice, upbeat and clearly liked her job. I don't know exactly what her name was but I think it started with a "N", she has a nose piercing and she was kind of tall. Our food came out extremely fast and overall was one of the best experiences we have had with any fast food chain. Everyone always has an relaxed attitude and pure enjoyment for the work they do. We had to come back later that day for some more food and yet again someone stood out to me. His name was Sam, I believe. He had a smile on his face and he was very respectful plus he had one of those attitudes that is just so positive. The whole place in general was efficient, modern, and top quality food for a fast food restaurant. We are definitely coming back again

Culver’s makes the best food and has the best service of any fast food chain. They also always get custom orders correct, and if you’ve ever made a custom order at a fast food place, you know how important this is to point out.My only complaint is that the drive-through orders start with a prerecorded message, which is mildly degrading and is a less than pleasurable experience.Overall, though, we’re always happy to come back to Culver’s, and to this specific location.

This location has got a great team of employees. They are out running food to people in this sub zero weather without complaints. The dining area is always clean and nicely laid out. The employees are attentive, the food is always hot and delicious. A big shout out to Poindexter at this location. He is polite, on top of things, curteous and all around nice guy.

I did not have the greatest experience tonight...my food took nearly 30 min and they forgot my fries but I am still going to leave a 5 star for this team..it was so busy but the crew tonight did an amazing job. They kept their composure and just kept knocking out the orders. WAY TO GO TEAM! I hope you all are rewarded for showing up for work and killing it tonight. I will certainly be back 😊

We went to Culver's at the Eden Prairie location over the holiday weekend. It was our first time ever to a Culver's because we are transplants from another state. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us make our selection. We had the double cheeseburger deluxe with bacon and fries. Delicious off the grill! I loved that not only were the burger and fries tastey, but all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp without being over seasoned. We were even offered free samples of the custard since we have never been. Great experience! Definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be back. You have a great team at the Culver's Eden Prairie. Thank you for the excellent customer service and good food!

Usual Culver’s magic in the food.Special mention to the coolest guy who took our drive through order. He’s a happy and energetic fella who made us feel good ordering drive through. 😂 they need more guys like him to every drive through counter.Great food as always. First time here in Eden prairie.

My son and I both ordered a SINGLE cheese burger plain. We got a double and paid for it, too. The burgers were dripping with grease . The grease was so bad on my sons that the bun was soaked and still dripping. Needless to say, he could only take a couple of bites. We were only passing through. We won't return to that location! It was the worst to date! We have been to a lot of locations and never had a grease burger!!

Went to this restaurant yesterday and it was seriously the worst dining experience. The entire restaurant was filthy. The floor was dirty and sticky. There was a guy in the bathroom smoking a cigarette and there was so much water all over the sink and floor it looked like he took a bath. Oh ya, he was very sketchy and looked like he either just got out of prison or something. Then when they brought my food out, they had my order wrong. As I went to leave I was going to place my drink cup in the trash receptacle where there was food literally on the floor. This was completely unlike any other Culver’s I have ever been to. If You’re in Eden Prairie I think you may want to choose another dining option. You’ll be glad you did.

Culver's in Eden Prairie usually does a good job, but it can be hit or miss depending on the time of year. A while back they were serving burger patties that were dime-thin...I'm happy to report that they seem to have gone back to the standard patty size (hooray!) The food is always pretty good. Sometimes I wish they would take better care not to slop mixer/shake on the outside of the cup...it makes a huge sticky mess as it drips into the car cup holders. Overall, this is a pretty awesome place.

Culver’s is not your typical fast food. Culver’s has the best butter burgers 🍔 EVER, hands down it is made in perfection & FRESH. Also have many other delicious 🤤 meals from cod fish sandwich, chicken. Etc. They also have one of the best custard ice creams I ever had so delicious 🤤 you can just eat it all day, but of course you wouldn’t want to eat it all day because your just welcoming diabetes. Is good to eat it in modern or special occasions I recommend.

Culver's has a great burger/sandwich selection but it's kind of pricey for my taste, hence why I only come here maybe once a month with a coupon of course. I really do enjoy their snack pack though-cheap and it'll definitely fill me up. I especially like it when their ice cream of the day is strawberry strawberry and I appreciate that they have their flavor of the day listed on their website.

Culver's is a great chain, but this location is struggling. When you're going to pay $10 for a fast food burger, it had at least better be good. At our most recent visit, my fiance and I purchased two burgers, one without a bun. They gave us our bag of food and we began to drive off-- only to realize they completely forgot my meal! How mess up a meal that only consisted of two burgers? Seriously? It was really inconvenient as we were already running late. On top of it all, the food was cold and greasy, and the fries are obviously kept frozen and not fresh. It was really disappointing.
