Love it! It was our first time there, took my dog with me, and it was great. The trails are groomed and easy but challenging. One of the times I was there, it was the first time they opened after closing for weather, the only...Read More

A wonderful location for cross country skiing with a rental on site. A few tracks are available for both types of skiing. The tracks are well maintained, wide and comfortable. Like almost everything in California, the service is rather expensive. You have to pay for the daily...Read More

One of the best places to go cross country skiing! Beautiful area & has trails for all levels. Be careful not to drive to the wrong place as I did, but was easily pointed in the right direction. Only reason I am rating this 3...Read More

I recently left my drone on one of the trails in the snow. I called and one of the employees closed up early just so he could go out and look for it for me. He also called me to let me know weather conditions...Read More

I wish it was cheaper, but I can't stay away! Haha! The equipment is in good shape and the trails are just stunning. I can't wait to get better at cross country skiing so I can get out onto the advanced trails. ...Read More

Rented snowshoeing equipment from here and hit the adjoining trails with my dogs. Overall a good experience. Rental equipment was in good condition and process was smooth. Dogs loved the meadow and high ridge trails.

To downhill skiers who are used to posh ski resorts (like the main Kirkwood resort a bit farther down the road from Kirkwood Cross Country Center), this place might seem a bit “bare bones.” There’s no restaurant or bar, unless you count the Kirkwood Saloon...Read More

Enjoyed skiing the meadow. Absolutely beautiful. I inquired before coming if classic tracks were groomed and the response was 'yes'. Unfortunately I saw only corduroy for skate skiing. While I am a classic skier I consider myself able to handle intermediate trails as I have done...Read More

Trails are not well groomed, not many trails open, and if Schneider is closed, not much trail length.
