We've used cricket service as our provider for over 15 years. The service itself is questionable and I'm not always able to get a rep on the phone to help when we experience a problem, but hey...that's what you pay for right? Recently I had an issue with an update on my phone. It required a new device as mine was too old and could no longer be supported. I think the upgrade fees are stupid and the cost of equipment is outrageous however it's a necessary evil in today's day and age.
The store clerk who helped me was named Angela. She was super friendly and super quick to let me know she was available to answer any questions about any of the devices. When I finally chose the device she helped transfer all my data, contacts, photos, apps, and help me figure out my 2-step verification for all my email accounts. She didn't have to do those things, but she went the extra mile and then showed me how to use the device so I could at least function. She also helped me save a little money on opening an account for one of my kids.
I dislike cricket as a provider, but I was thankful I could walk into the store, without an appointment and receive quality care from an employee.
I left the store feeling very well taken care of and the company as a whole could take a few lessons from this girl.
