I had the best experience with everyone who worked with me! They helped me get this amazing vehicle and they did the best they could to help me get it at a reasonable price. I know that’s a very hard thing to do it these days with the price of a car being so high, but they did their best and were incredibly helpful and friendly about it! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle, a brand new vehicle!

I bought my first car back in December with Annie. She helped me so much and I didn’t feel like she ever took advantage of me especially with me being 21. She explained everything to a T and even if I didn’t understand, I knew I was able to ask her and she’d have the answer. The finance manager, who I believe his name is Jonathan..he was very kind as well and took his time breaking everything down. Thank you Mazda for having amazing employees and service!

Adrian thanks for being so personal it really helped me understand and feel comfortable every step of the buying process. Big shout out to my car salesman, Adrian Smith, he was kind, patient and honest. He wasn’t pushy at all. I hadn’t planned to purchase a car so quickly but he answered my questions and assured me I was making the right decision!!!! HE WAS RIGHT!!! They are doing classic bait and switch and dealers wonder why people hate going there. I am an experienced car buyer and understand the market pressure right now, but what Crain is doing is not acceptable.I found what i wanted on their website. Price list with 2487 dealer discount + 750 factory discount = 3237 off for total of 41893So when i contact them I get a price of 49,77645130 MSRP1397 polysteel protection lol459 splash guards - $99 direct from Mazda295 wheel locks - $65 direct from Mazda2495 Market Adjust=49776 LOLSo advertise for 7883 less than you are actually asking....very honest. No chance of ever doing business with them

Great experience with the Service department here. Lilly, the service advisor was fantastic to work with, and communicated the findings, maintenance needed, and cost every step of the way. Work was done promptly and to excellent quality standards. They even gave me a sick loaner car while my car was being worked on for a couple days due to some extensive maintenance needed.

They got me in quickly and took care of all the issues the same day. Everyone was courteous and professional. They also gave me a loaner car for the day when they saw the service would take several hours. My only disappointment was that other dealerships I’ve dealt with— and even Crain in the past— have cleaned the car before they returned it just as a nice perk. So I missed that. Otherwise everything was excellent.

I came to Crain Mazda for a specific pre-owned car. I had already been watching it online and knew all the specifics on it. The only selling involved was the pricing of my trade-in.Our salesman was very personable and to the point. After the agreement, I signed paperwork and was asked to wait for the finance guy.After about an hour, the finance guy came and got me where I had to sign the same paperwork again, only “electronically “. The deal was complete.After leaving the dealership, I noticed my new-to-me car had 54 miles til empty which is about 2 gallons of gas. It was late and I had a 4 hour drive home but would have to get gas before even getting out of the Little Rock area.So, although I had a good experience with the buying process, the skimping on the gas did not show Customer Service on the Managers part.

Crain Mazda Little Rock, Arkansas has the best Service Department. Lily Scott along with the cashier, Sherry, and the guy in parts go above and beyond to care for their customers. They always put a smile on my face. Allen is Top Notch the Best Mechanic ever. He ensures you understands what’s going on with your vehicle and offers the best advice ever, making you feel confident in trusting him. I am a Mazda woman and thank you all for always treating me as family.I love you guys

I had my car towed. It got there right as they were closing. I spoke with Lorin and told her what was happening. She told me that in the morning,they would look at my car and call me before noon with info. I told her that I appreciated it because I am my disabled mother's sole caretaker and I need my car. The very next day ,I got a call from Lilly telling me what the verdict was. She helped me decide what actions to take to fix my car. Then I got a call about 2:30 saying that my car was ready. I was in total shock 😲. I have never had service that quickly and certainly have not dealt with people this nice before! Laurin and Lilly really deserve a lot of credit for awesome,upbeat attitudes! I used to be in customer service and I put almost as much value in that as I do the actual work. I am so pleased ! Thank you guys(all of you)!

I bought a car this past weekend from Annie. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Annie was not pushy, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and relatable. The manager, Jonathan, and the finance manager, BJ, were great to work with as well. Like Annie, they were knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I'm so glad I stopped in on Saturday!

If I could give no stars I would. We found a vehicle we were interested in listed on their website for $27081 with 48k miles on it. We drive 3.5 hrs and drive the thing. Nice car but the mileage now shows 53500. Anyway we go inside to get some numbers on the price. They do a hard hit on our credit and finally come back with a list price of 31k plus all their fees for a total of 33k. This is for a car listed for 27k on their website. We made them an offer and they wouldn’t work with us so we left and will never be back. Classic bait and switch deal. Don’t do business here. They’re crooked

I went over to LR to Crain Mazda to look at vehicles. I was met at the door by Noah Jenkins. Nice young man. He was very helpful and worked with me. I ended up getting a new car. Noah, Wesley and another gentleman ( I didn’t get his name) were very courteous and helpful in my purchase. I didn’t expect to drive home a new vehicle but they worked with me and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you gentlemen!If I could take back my 5 stars I would. When I bought my vehicle I was told it had Sirius radio installed by both the salesman and the finance person. I went back the next day and talked to the service manager I think. I was told that as soon as Mazda makes the module for my vehicle they would install it for me. I have been in touch with Mazda and guess what the don’t make the modules. I’ve been ghosted on this matter for months. Fast forward I also took out the dent and ding insurance at the extra cost of $300. Called last week to see how I can get a ding taken care of. Was told the person I spoke with would give Kevin a message. Still no call back. You guys like to ghost people when someone calls.I will never purchase a vehicle from any Crain dealership again.

Had to get a new rear window for my car and ordered through Crain Mazda. When I arrived the guy from the parts department informed me there was a mix up and the wrong window was ordered. I was upset because I had driven a long way, but the man was very apologetic and accommodating. However, upon further inspection it turned out it was the correct window after all and I was on my way back home in under an hour with the part installed. Hats off to the parts guy and the service team at Crain Mazda, they will make sure you are taken care of even if something goes awry.

Amazing!I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, professionalism and hospitality from Maurice. He made sure my new car was delivered from a different lot, in a timely fashion. He treated me with respect, catered towards my situation, and answered any questions that I had. I respect that he retrieved any information that he wasn't positive on, so he would provide me with the correct information.I highly recommend asking for Maurice when you browse/shop at Crain Mazda!

Brought my second set of tired from them and three weeks later in the process of taking my tire off to replace the headlight the bolt and lug nut broke bc it was put on wrong. Took it to dealership the service manager nicely told me I wld have to pay $88 to replace it. I ask for his manager ….the manager was rude saying I shld have brought the car to them instead of replacing my own headlight and that it’s not their fault it broke so I wld have to pay. 😡

This review updated 8-26-23: Bought the MX-5 we test drove. Service was top-notch. Communication from Michael while we were waiting for the car to be transported was outstanding. He even saved us a trip to the dealer by letting us know of a minor delay. Pickup was set @ noon today and Michael sent us a pic of the detailed vehicle - it was ready 30 minutes early! Paperwork at the dealer, as usual, was lengthy. But Martinez was very engaging and pleasant to work with. It made the time pass much more quickly. I will stand by my original review and say to their competitors: this is what GOOD looks like! Thank you Crain Team!Stopped by Crain Mazda to just look, but ended up test driving. My salesperson, Michael, was nice, engaging and KNEW the car. He even correctly compared the engine specs from my 2018 MX-5 to the new MX-5 I test drove. Impressive. Importantly, he did not try to pressure me! This is what good looks like - friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. If you're in the mood for a new ride - go see Michael at Crain Mazda!

Went in today to have service on my Mazda and was informed that they are no longer a Mazda dealership, despite the fact that all of their signs said they were and every car on the lot was, in fact, a Mazda. I understand changes in ownership, but change your signs so it is obvious that you won't be covering maintenance on Mazdas any longer.

Jessica was very helpful in trying to find me the perfect car and the perfect price. She was very friendly and gave me 100% of her time and focused on what I wanted. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! She has even called me to check back to see if there is anything else she could do to get me in the car of my dreams. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received!!

Terrible service and left my car literally on empty when I picked it up. The master tech said he could not duplicate a single issue even though I did in the way there and as soon as I picked it up. The dealer blew me off when I asked if the mechanic could ride with me so o could show them. Also the dealer let the tech take my car to his house one night while it was there. Worthless dealer and I would recommend going anywhere else but a Crain dealer.

Got the pleasure to work with Moe Young in purchasing a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. This man stepped up and completely handled any issues and got me what I wanted. The financial team was great too. Mr. Young did a fantastic job but I felt like his management did not help out at all. We had some issues with getting some windows tinted. They agreed to it but would not help him get the vehicle to the shop to get it done. Young had to take it back several times to get it taken care of. Then there was an issue with getting it cleaned up and detailed. After the sale he took it to get detailed and was turned away. They kept telling him that they were busy with other cars. He did his part and just wanted the team to help out on the rest. All paper work was completed around noon but I did not leave until 4 pm. I finally gave up on getting it detailed. My 5 star rating is for Mr. YOUNG and not the dealership as a whole.

You shouldn’t have one price for an oil change when scheduling the appointment ($69.55) and have an entirely different price for an oil change on the invoice. Also, if you can’t give your customers a courtesy car wash because it’s outdated and hasn’t worked in years that’s fine but take the free car wash off your website as one of the incentives you offer otherwise, that’s called false advertising and being deceptive to new customers.

I recently went to Crain Mazda looking for a new car. I had been in an accident and mine was a total loss. Noah and Australia helped me find the perfect car - a red CX-5. It was slightly used but beautifully maintained. It needed some minor paint touch-ups and a couple of other things and Noah, my primary salesperson, and was very responsive and helpful. Australia was always helpful as well. Wesley handled the financing and answered all my questions in a professional, friendly manner. I always dread the process of buying a new car but I have to say it was a pleasure doing business with Noah and all the other folks at Crain Mazda.

The experience I had with Crain Mazda was HORRIBLE! I was working with a salesman that was a nice & out going person. I told the salesman I didn’t want the car because the note was way too high for me. On Tuesday I got a text from the salesman name Australia stating that they lower my payment on the car to come in & see him. So I went up to Crain & asked to see Australia. He greeted me & was being nice for the moment. When I kept asking about another salesman that I was working with before hand. He started getting a attitude towards me saying that they was working together. I never paid it no mind. He started rushing me about signing the papers. When I looked over the paperwork I told him that wasn’t the amount I was told my car note would be. Because Veronica Love told me that it was another price. When he went & said something to her about it she got loud stating that she didn’t tell me that. I put a down payment on the car any ways. The next day I went up there to ask for a refund because I no longer wanted the car because what I experienced. Micheal asked me why I wanted a refund & I simply explained to him why. He got loud with me asking how much time I needed on my sales tax. I told him “no time!” because the way he talked to me. I told him I just wanted my money back. Veronica Love called my phone & was being VERY RUDE, NASTY & DISRESPECTFUL towards me . I told her I just want my money back because I don’t have the car in my possession and the car is still on that lot therefore that is not my vehicle. She kept telling me my car note was due on the 14 of NOVEMBER. I can’t pay for something I don’t have. I told her I just want my money back. She told me “I’m NOT REFUNDING YOU NOTHING BACK!” I still have not received my money. So I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to anyone.

I referred a close friend to Crain Mazda to purchase a vehicle. She had the great fortune of having Adrian Smith as her salesman. She has consistently raved to others about her experience! She has mentioned that the customer service was superb and the follow up was exceptional. One specific attribute of Adrian’s, that she has referenced above all, is his skill set. Further, the ability to explain the process itself, without getting impatient or in terms that a customer doesn’t understand. I would highly recommend Adrian Smith without hesitation or qualms to service customers or represent the dealership!

A friend and I went into Crain Mazda to trade in my truck for a car on Feb, 22. I picked out the car online and told the manager what I was willing to spend. After we test drive the car, I ask the manager to run the numbers and let me know. The car at the time was listed on their website for $15,200.00. The manager comes and sits down with me and my friend and tells me the car is $19,870.00 (this is illegal by the way). When I ask where that price came from and told him they have it listed at $15,200.00 and show him on their website. He says it went up due to maintenance to the car and that their website says the prices may change in store. Please be careful when buying from here, do your research before you go. Heck, you can do it while your there!

Purchased a vehicle June 2021 from Kevin and paid around $2,500 additional for a sun roof. I was told they would have it installed once the sun roof came in. Almost two years later and still no sun roof. They have not refunded me and at this point I am told a manager will call me back and this has yet to happen. I would not recommend this dealership.

We're do I start, well we bought a cx5 from this lot over 6 years ago, they sold us our car for 31k and when we got home I looked on line and they were saying the car online for 25k the exact same car,Needless to say we felt racially profiled against but what were we to do but get over it, I did try to get our money back and Mazda corporations did contact us after find out about what happened and they did give us something bo 6 years later, the crane Mazda on abut anyway fast forward to today we been receiving phone calls for years trying to get us to give them another chance, so finally we do considering they said they were under new management, well they beat us again, I took my wife car up there because the tailgate would not ope, well they did there inspection and said we need new cabin filters and new brakes and rotors so I said ok and allow them to do it they kept our car for 3 days they fave us a loaner, when I went to get the car the bill was $1500 and I told them that was really high but what could I do, well 2 months later the hatch won't open and the breaks are making a noise that sounds as if there about to come apart, so I take it back keeping in mind that u live in pine bluff Arkansas about 60 miles away , they keep my car for 2 days and tell me that the hatch keeps fail like that because it needs a new battery well if that's the case why did you charge me to reprogram the module the first time, and c9ncerning the breaks they meaning the manager and the technician tried to tell me it's the abs, I told them I I may not be a mechanic but I've been driving cars with abs for over 20 years and it's not the abs, the technician says that the abs is not failing its just mak8nf regular break noise, well I tell them that I brought my car here because of the lift gate and yall did yall service check and told me I needed breaks and rotors and because we had the car 6 years and never changed them I agreed to it but now I'm leaving here with a car making noise that it never made until yall convince me to let yall work on it, I'm not that smart but I'm not dumb, if I didn't have this noise problem at first but now after yall work on it I do it's something wrong with the service I received, the technician said it was because of the new breaks , I told him those are no longer new breaks they are 2 months old and then he say that they are value breaks pads I said well I should be given an option if I wanted value break pads or better ones, because who wants to ride around and every time I hit the breaks I hear a sound like my breaks are failing, I told them that I'm a 53 year old man that has changed breaks myself before and I've been driving for years , there's something wrong with the breaks, Needless to say first the manager dissappear and then the smart talking technician left and I was there with the rep that just didn't know what to say or do, bottom line is I came in to get my hatch fixed and they talked me into fixing my breaks that obviously didn't need fixing but after they worked on them they need fixing now , the hatch according to them 9 need a new battery, so I done payed them $1500 for nothing, my hatch need a new car battery installed to work properly but they charged me the first time to reprogram it and my breaks weren't making any noise but since I allowed them to convince me it needed new breaks now I got noise that I didn't have at first, so now I got one problem I already had that they didn't fix and a new problem that was not a problem at first the breaks and I'm $1500 lighter , I would not recommend crain Mazda to anyone, they still robbing people at least people that look like me, BUYER BE WEAR OF THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Adrian Smith was my sales expert. I now view him as a friend!!! A confidante of sorts for my VIP car shopping experience. It was my very first time buying a car by myself. Adrian was beyond patient with me. He took the time to break down the entire event. His transparency enabled me to make the very best choice. I was elated to find such an exceptional vehicle at a wonderful price. We worked together to get me exactly what I deserved. Adrian has a customer for life. Crain Mazda your are very fortunate to have acquired such an amazing person.

Adrian Smith was our salesman. Wonderful young man, so pleasant to work with. 4 star! Stopped to ask him directions, stayed to buy a truck (we were looking for one). No pressure, from him, at least.We waited WAY too long for a truck that was "just a few minutes away", but glad we did after all. 3* for Mazda.

UPDATE: After speaking with Mr Austin from corporate he was very helpful! He was more than reasonable and we came to a quick and easy agreement. After putting this issue behind us.Worst dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am in the United States Air Force and I traded a vehicle for a new used one on their lot. After some damage was done to the trade vehicle, out of my control, AFTER paperwork/contract was signed they call me and say we need to renegotiate the contract. I tell them I don’t believe I should pay for all of the damage if ANY because the contract was signed and the damage happened after the fact. They then threatened that they were going to report my new vehicle as stolen if I don’t pay for the damages and cooperate. Although I didn’t agree, I paid for the damages and they didn’t pay a penny. Even after I went against what I felt was right, they still call me saying we need to renegotiate even though the damages were paid for. Still threatening me that they have reported my new vehicle as stolen. It’s sad that they would put any customer through this let alone a member of the Armed Forces. I advise not to do business with this dealership, ESPECIALLY my fellow military members. They do not have the customer’s best interest in mind, only their own.
