From the moment we walked in, I couldn't help but feel out of place, as the staff seemed to treat us differently compared to the other customers, who were mostly non-Hispanic.When we approached the counter to order, the cashier seemed rude and distant--not at all like the friendly, welcoming service you typically expect at restaurants. It was a stark contrast to other places, where staff greet you with a smile.Then, when we ordered a Pumpkin spice latte to a guy that took our order and he clearly made the mistake of not sending the order correctly. We asked the barista if the coffee was pumpkin spice, and she responded in a condescending and dismissive manner, telling us it wasn't pumpkin spice but just pumpkin syrup. The tone was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. (She didn't try to replace it)At places like Starbucks, if there's a mistake like that, they would quickly make you a new one with no issue, but here, the attitude was totally different.To make matters worse, we were never offered help clearing our plates, and when we asked for a to-go cup, the barista (whose name was Lidia) gave us rude looks and made faces, which felt disrespectful. Don't come here anywhere else treat you better than these workers!
