HORRIBLE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I went to go check out, but the cashier was still ringing someone up who was still shopping. I politely waited, making sure I didn’t make the worker feel awkward because I know how it feels like when people go shop when they are already at the register. The lady still didn’t show up yet, so I decided to go back and maybe shop a little longer. I decided okay I don’t want anything else, I’m just gonna wait in line BEFORE someone else comes. I stand back in line, BUT the lady is still shopping. 5 minutes passed. The lady finished shopping and spent like $160 dollars worth of clothes. AND guess what? This dude decides to cut me off on the ther side of the register and get rung up, and GUESS WHAT?!! The worker who obviously knew I’ve been standing there proceeds with his purchase. But nope, I am not gonna let this happen to me AFTER I politely waited and not make her feel awkward. I go up, and say excuse me, I was here first. And GUESS WHAT THE WORKER SAYS TO ME, “oh well it doesn’t matter you both have one item” so much for their respect to their customers!!! She didn’t even apologized that I waited patiently and insteads tries to ring up the guy who was there after me?!!! Cotton on, please get your customer service together because this is NOT the first time I dealt with rude customer service from cottoned on.
