If you're turning up your TV to extra-loud or asking people to repeat themselves because you believe they're mumbling, you should get a free hearing test at Costco. Costco's hearing test is every bit as thorough--perhaps even more so--than hearing tests from medical facilities (I've been tested at both).
Costco hearing aids are priced at a fraction of what hearing aids cost at most other places, too.
Hearing aids I bought from Costco almost 2 years ago needed adjustment and I'd not had a hearing test since then, so yesterday retested and reprogrammed. Costco employs excellent people who are bright, cordial, and well-trained. Dan Sheehan performed my hearing test using modern, high-tech equipment which reset my hearing aids to compensate for my specific hearing deficiencies. If I could give Costco and Dan more than five stars I would do so. If you think you're hearing your sub standard, call Costco and make an appointment for a free hearing test because if you do need hearing aids, your life is going to be changed for the better once you start wearing them.
