If I could give them a zero star, I would. I bought a brand new Guild F-55, a $3K plus guitar. Received the welcome kit and registered the guitar at Guild. I received the complementary tuner, capo, and picks with my registration along with the commitment from Guild regarding future support of their guitars for their "Guild family". 1 month into ownership, their was a significant issue with the neck requiring a $350 neck reset quoted from a Guild certified luthier. I reached out to Guild support who said that because the dealer who sold the guitar to me was not "Guild certified" that they would not honor the warranty. On a subsequent call I was informed the guitar was "B-Stock" which I'm assuming they tranship to second tier dealers to sell to unwitting customers like me. Most high end guitar manufacturers incinerate guitars that are less then perfect...not Guild. Buyer beware! I guess it's our responsibility to validate the dealers and ask the question, is my guitar rated as inferior grade by Guild?
