I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have repeatedly experienced at this gas station, which I frequently use due to its convenient location to my home. On several occasions, I have encountered issues with one of your cashiers, named "Mary", whose service has unfortunately been consistently unpleasant.
In a recent incident, I was shortchanged when purchasing lottery tickets. I handed over $40 expecting to purchase an equivalent amount in tickets, but I was initially given only $30 worth of tickets. Upon addressing this with Mary, it seemed as though the missing $10 was reluctantly handed over, suggesting that the error might have been intentional.
Moreover, today, despite clearly requesting lottery tickets numbered #8 and #10, I was given eight #10 tickets instead. When I corrected the mistake, Mary responded rudely and even threw the correct tickets at me rather than apologizing and correcting the error.
Such interactions have left me feeling unwelcome and reluctant to continue patronizing your establishment, which is disappointing given its convenient location. I believe that addressing this issue with additional training or corrective action could significantly improve the customer service experience at your gas station.
