They are going out of business for a reason, one would assume they would try to leave a good empress ion on the last customers. I’m disappointed to share a negative customer service experience. I spoke with several employees and managers, but kept receiving the same response without any resolution. The pick-up window I was given was between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., which is unworkable for someone with a typical 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job. It’s nearly impossible to leave work for what could be an hour-long drive each way. When I asked for a delivery fee to be covered, I was told I would need to pay $100 for delivery.
After several dropped calls and no progress, I finally spoke with Nikel, who told me I could pick up my laptop before 9:30 p.m. After driving to the store at 6:30 p.m., I arrived to find the doors closed, even though the posted hours said they close at 7 p.m. This entire experience has been frustrating and feels very unfair.
Update:
I went to the pick location where the rest of my purchased things were before 5pm and the warehouse put up sign saying their hours are changed to 6am to 2pm. There is no coordination between the support and warehouse even though they will put you on hold for 10-20 mins to "talk to the warehouse team."
I ended up just asking for a refund as they wasted more of my time and support staff literally refuses to work things out, they simply follow a script and it is impossible to get through to anyone. If you are reading this, don't settle speaking to anyone but Joms or Chelci as they are the only "managers"
