Bought a skirt from this location about three weeks ago. Decided to wear the skirt out for the FIRST time I unknowingly left the tag on, I loved it. Same day I returned to the store to shop again.I was in the store happily for over an hour before a male employee comes in for his shift. I ask to try on a few items, I did. After putting back on MY original skirt I’d continue to shop. This employee with horrible lack of professionalism skills approaches me in the most disrespectful manner possible. In the middle of the floor, he asked me if I was gonna purchase the skirt I was currently wearing. I was completely disgusted with his question as it lacked common sense and logic. I informed him that I was a returning customer in the skirt was from a prior purchase he points out that the tag was still left on the skirt and if I was still going to pay for it. Reminding him of his incompetence I asked him if I just left the fitting room What skirt did I walk in the clothing store with? He gave a puzzled look. All during this interaction he stood in front of me was waiting for me to show proof of purchase of the skirt, which is extremely rude, borderline profiling, and criminalizing. To give him better direction I suggested that he check with his coworker working at the fitting rooms. After he noticed the mistake I was issued no apology, which was completely unacceptable and sloppy. I learned that this employee was a shift lead, named Eugene. He was the WORST employee I’ve ever encountered at the store. From the lack of critical thinking, professionalism skills, and mannerism. As a shift manager that should be completely embarrassing. I’ve been a returning customer many times before and I’ve never been profiled or approach so this distastefully in my life.
