Read MoreVery unhappy with my experience here, I went in with hair as long as almost to the middle of my back (20 y.o. F) asked for a TRIM, face framing layers, and side bangs recut. Left with almost shoulder length hair, no blending of the layers, no blending of the side bangs, very harsh cut on them. During my experience, my hair stylist would stop what she was doing to answer a phone call, more than once, very unprofessional thing to do during a haircut. Way too much tension on the sections she was cutting, might as well have ripped my scalp off my skull. She had no issue with ripping knots out of my hair. I am also a licensed cosmetologist, in school they teach u to how to properly cut hair and how to properly get knots out, she must’ve been absent those days that part of the curriculum was taught. The price point was very affordable but for a haircut on the cheaper side, anyone would expect it to be done correctly not walk out with botched hair. Very unhappy and very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
