I had to return a pair of shoe I had ordered online to the store, and after processing my return, I asked the young lady who was working there to try on another pair which I showed her a picture of from their website. After I realized she had brought the wrong pair I told her it’s the wrong ones and she very rudely said “that’s the pair you asked for!!!” And I showed her the picture again and she said “we don’t have that in our store”…..I thanked her and was about to walk out of the store when she proceeded to yell very loudly from across the store ……” ARE YOU GONNA TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU OR WHAT?!” (Referencing to the Clarks paper bag that carried the shoes I was returning)!…..I apologized and returned to pick up the bag from the counter and was walking out when she yelled agin…”YOU LEFT MORE TRASH! AM I SUPPOSED TO CLEAN AFTER YOU????” (Referencing to a paper receipt)! Which I again returned, picked it up and walked out!
Everyone has a bad day once in a while but transferring that negative energy to a blameless customer I believe would not help improving your day!
