They clearly got a massive buy one get on free celcius sign outside their building. The promo for it’s been going on for weeks now. Sometimes when I come in to get them i’ll put my phone number in for the promo and it won’t work, i’ll ask the employees behind the counter about it, they’ll just tell me the promo isn’t active anymore without giving it a second thought even though there’s a massive sign still up outside (which has been up over the multiple times they’ll tell me it’s not active anymore). I’ll come in the next day and do the same thing, put in my phone number the exact same way as the day before, except now all the sudden the promo works for the BOGO. This has happened like 4 separate times now and it’s kinda getting annoying, do the promotions work or not? If they don’t take the sign down. Why do employees not know about active promotions when there’s huge signs outside? I managed the second highest volume gas station in this county, these are basic things that employees should know. If promotions aren’t active you take signs down. Basic stuff.
