I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance to have my vehicle looked at by the service department. My appt was on 3/18. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I had heard nothing by the afternoon of 3/18, so I reached out. I was given a line of crap that it always takes at least a day to review if there is any warranty available, paperwork, etc. This has never been the case before. I received a text message on Wednesday morning, 3/19. I was told there are no technicians available until Friday. But they were going to ask each technician to see if they could look at it. I was feeling like this is a Seinfeld episode where they take your reservation, but they don’t know how to keep it. My husband was going to be traveling out of town so I couldn’t risk waiting to have them look at my vehicle on Friday and not complete the repairs. Honesty would have been appreciated. I could have rescheduled the appt. I will take my business to a different Jeep dealership. The only reason my review received two stars is because I requested the service department bring my vehicle back to my work as I didn’t know if I could pick it up before 6:00 pm. They did, which I appreciated.
