Dropping my Jeep off here to get a few things worked on. I will update this review once it is finished. However, so far this is my review. Folks here are very friendly. I have been sitting in the waiting area for about an hour now, waiting on a ride to work. Every single person that has come in,and has walked by, has said either "good morning or hey there, how are you". Staff seems very inviting. Showroom is clean. Bathrooms are clean. The service folks have been fantastic thus far. Today is 5/02/ 2024. Again.... will update when the Grand Cherokee gets fixed.

I was informed yesterday that the advisor will call me before 3pm on the 2nd with a status update. Nothing. I called up there now 4x (it is 5/3/24) and all I get is "the service department will call you back".
I'm not asking for the vehicle to be repaired in a unreasonable timeframe. I just need to know if they have a loaner program or if I need to make other plans. This is my only vehicle and live in Richmond Hill. It makes it difficult to plan with no status updates or returned calls. Will update again soon.
Total times I've called. 9 times.
Total times I've been told " they will call you back" 6
... Update. Had to go to the location. Seems the mechanic DID look at it but the service writer forgot to call the warranty company, so repairs still haven't been started. He asked for me to check in on Monday... Meanwhile, no loaners. But ... If he called the warranty company and started the process, the car may be finished???? Or at least in process. At this rate I'll be surprised if I get the thing back in 2 weeks.

Ok, update 5/07 ...
Wes called me. He is the service manager for this facility. I was Very impressed with him. He was very upfront and honest. (Which is hard to find in a dealership) He explained to me in detail what is going on, and what the next steps are. Very impressive that a service manager in a dealership reached out to me, and took the time to explain things. Currently the Jeep is still in the shop (it is a large project). So, I will update this post again once I get the jeep back....
Jeep was fixed.... Turns out ... The Warranty company I had was stupid slow.
UPDATE ON VADEN JEEP/RAM AUGUST 2024
My jeep they worked on was totaled. So, thought I would come back over here due to Wes (service manager) customer service in the past. Bought a 18 Ram, at a great deal. My sales guy was a young kid named Christian. Super great, and respectful young man. I'll do all of my services/repairs and future purchases here. WELL DONE to the team here at VADEN. You have gained a customer for the long term, and I will definitely tell everyone.

Service guys still rock it!! Stopped in for a basic service. Nailed it again!! , customer service and the communication is still great!! Will continue to use these guys!!!
